How to change oil on a 02-03 Yamaha R1

This is a how to change oil a 2002-2003 Yamaha R1 (5PW) it is very similar to a 98-01 R1 with the exception of the fairings. I suggest to always use an oem oil filter or equivalent. I personally use Amsoil 10/40 metric motorcycle oil 100% synthetic and it has served me well. It made the engine more quiet compared to yamalube and some others
