JS8Spotter for JS8Call - Training Video 1

An introduction to the training videos series for JS8Spotter, a companion program to JS8Call. This video will introduce you to the core features of JS8Call, as well as gaps in those features that are filled by the JS8Spotter companion application. This is useful for amateur radio operators who are interested in digital modes, especially for emergency communication.
This video is an introduction to the series. Following videos will provide deep dives into JS8Spotter features, and training on how to make the most of those features.

do you think this will run on a raspberry pi with digipi? dont know a lot about Linux.

It should run on a pi, no problem, as long as you have python3 and the right libraries. I use it under Windows and Linux regularly.

Sounds like you're like me! I prefer reading to videos, though I see the point of both in learning. JS8Spotter has the training videos, the PDF manual, and the TXT documentation included with the distribution. All of these are on the website:
