In your car the turn indicator doesn't sounds "beep". My car had the same issue, and was a bad transistor in the CEM. It was repaired by some cents...

Seems to be in a fairly good condition! Do you have any idea where I can get new mud flaps for the 480?

I would try Volvo 480 europe forums and Volvo 480 Facebook group. Probably some other (400 series) Volvo mudflap would also work just fine.
