That is how improvement works. And naturally the more you do something, the more you improve. So thats to be expected?
This one actually has more tweening and less individually drawn frames. It's pretty reasonable for the art to get better as they don't have to draw a ton of frames. They draw one in parts and move it around which takes time but you can have more detailed art.

I remember watching this for the first time I kept it on replay eventually I forgot about it until a few minutes ago when I saw a tiktok and there was an astronaut with 2 minutes of oxygen left and I suddenly remembered this masterpiece so I had to come back 2-3 years later to rewatch it over and over again like I did the first time I watched it
