what helps a ton is going into your sound manager (like realtek or nahimic) and finding a box that says "Loudness Equalization" and checking that off. what that will do is make sounds that quiet (like footsteps) louder, and it makes loud noises not as piercing (like gun shots)
sam ryder same control off the game but not running from fights (fights that you can win, If youre set with loot, have Good hp, armour helmet, good aim)

When you parachute go to high traffic areas so you're not playing to the safe zone only. Point is with PvP games like this is you should play aggressive because you're going to learn so much more.
