I love washing fleece, but I almost always wear gloves because I don't like the feel of trying to wash lanolin off. Also, and it would be way to expensive and annoying to try. But I've bought tons of fleeces and they can smell different depending on the sheep breed and farm? So weird. Proud of you for pushing through 😊
Thank you! It was rough but I really wanted those curls! On the next one I'm going to try gloves while skirting and see if that helps but I think after getting through this one it may be easier. It's definitely the lanolin that bothers me but this fleece came out gorgeous.

If it’s the smell factor that gets to you try wearing a mask. If it’s the ick factor wear gloves.
