کتنی عجیب سی بات کری ہے آپ نے...... کھانے کے اندر لہسن پیسٹ کا استعمال شوروے کو گاڑھا کرنے اور گوشت کی بساند دور کرنے کے لئے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے.
اس کے علاوہ کیا آپ کو علم نہیں کہ اگر کچا لہسن سالن میں ڈال دیں گے اور اس کو اچھی طرح سے بھون گے نہیں مسالہ کے ساتھ تو یقینی طور پر لہسن کی خوشبو آئے گی ???
لہسن ایک ضروری چیز ہے سالن کی, جس کو ڈالنے سے گوشت کی بساند دور ہوتی ہے , گاڑھا ہوتا ہے اور سالن کھانے میں مزیدار لگتا ہے .
لہسن اور ادرک کے بغیر سالن کچھ بھی نہیں, لہسن کو کچا چھوڑیں کیوں کے اس کی اسمایل آئے??
