1 kg chicken
2 medium fine chopped
2 tomatoes +1 onion ( paste )
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
11/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
3 potatoes
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 inch cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom
4 cloves
8-10 black pepper

What I do is I remove the fried onions and then blend it with tomatoes the rest recipe is same but. I. Also use some curd while cooking masala and those green chillies really give a very yummy flavour and aroma to the gravy we always use them in curries

Ages se log itna oil kha rhe hain.. pehle na koi hospital jaata tha na itni beemari thi.. khoob lambi zindagi jeete the log.. kam se kam oil khaane waalon ko bhi heart attack aa jaata hai.. it all depends on portion control and the work you do. Some amount of sugar and oil is necessary for body. Har cheez se heart attack nahi aata hai..
