Appreciate the video ! I’ve been running into the same issue myself on my 86 Honda Shadow VT700 I just picked up. It’s my first bike so I’m new to how they work. Crazy thing is, mine won’t die going into gear if it’s on the center stand. Flat on the ground, when put into gear, just lurches and dies. Planning to rebuild the carbs and see if that helps too.
I tried to comment 2wice so nevermind... Just trying to guess what was wrong. I'm great at not checking the Killswitch or gear in front of 1%ers or ladies after bragging about my Honda being more reliable and more American lol
I can’t even find where my kickstand switch would plug into, not sure if it’s hidden behind battery somewhere or up in the big bunch of wires
the switch itself is behind the kickstand if it doesnt unplug there follow the wires backto where it plugs in.
