Really awesome video. The only bit I don’t agree on is that the GTM should come after the positioning and messaging. To me, the GTM informs me on how to position and message my very targeted segment. And these two pillars will vary depending on the verticals. But be interested to hear your thoughts.

I'm also curious about how or if you determine budgets and performance targets for the paid aspects that you include!

I really enjoyed this video and the execution plan, but I feel that the financial side of the GTM strategy is missing from an otherwise great series. Would love to see a video on that. ☺

The idea of a community build is great but I've realised that it's a real job 😅. How do you effectively manage communities to get the intended result??
Great question! I would say focus on educating your target audience then creating a community where they can talk to one another. The key will be to do it consistently (ex: share 1-2 new pieces of content per week and incorporate your community in the content creation process - this will get them to share about your platform). Yes communities are hard to build (can take 2-3 months) but it's always the hard things that yield lasting results.
Good video, but your reliance on FB groups isn't realistic. Too many people tried to do this and most admins will remove you for linking to your own content.
