But Economic growth doesn't make sense.Corruption,Crimes and Communalism all played Havoc in UP .UP shld be the Developed State of India.Northern India UP,Bihar,MP, Rajasthan are still Backwards as Compared to Southern India which is Developed States.Pokitics is More, Bakvas is More.
