Any discomfort felt by white people is NOT a fear of black people. It's a fear of being called racist for not treating black people "special" or handling them with kid gloves. Obama created this culture and until the black community wakes up and denounces BLM and Antifa, it's NEVER going to get better. Ever.
--
George Soros just gave $220M to BLM. Do you seriously believe that his agenda is to help the black community? Wanna bet money that that money goes straight to the democratic party and/or Joe Biden's campaign fund??? Neither of which are a friend of the black community.

Again, I suggest you watch any video by Marcellus Wiley. Or Larry Elder. Or Morgan Freeman. Or Allen West. Or Candace Owens. Or Dr. Ben Carson. Or....
What they're saying is being aware of how people perceive them means they have to be conscious of the fact that everything they do, how they act and behave in public, could be preceived as a threat by racists or people that hold unconscious biases. As a black woman, I can tell you this is very true. I suggest you read 'White fragility' 'why I no longer talk to white people about race' 'so you want to talk about race' and the list goes on.. It's hard hearing a white person's take on race when they've never experienced it. I hope you can try to understand
@@drummerdonniedotcom Unfortunately it will never get better no matter who does what. I agree with you completely about everything - it's just that people are so clannish, so I don't see a world where things get better.
@@malazelnaiem388 As a non-racist it's maddening being called racist because I don't elevate a given race over my race, which is the definition of racism. I made a list of intelligent black leaders you should respect and listen to. If you don't respect them or listen to them, and can't articulate WHY you don't listen to them, you should self reflect on that.
--
I get that you don't want to hear about racism from some white guy, and ergo dismiss our opinions. I totally get that. What I will NEVER understand is why the black community DISMISSES the combined race experiences of black LEADERS who vehemently disagree with the racist narrative. These black leaders are OLDER, WISER and SMARTER than ANY BLM advocate I have ever had the displeasure of hearing yell the same sentence over and over again.
Every form of discrimination mentioned in present day has happen to me, a white child of the academic intelligentsia and my husband, a white upper class jew

These people need help. They all have emotional problems of insecurity and inferiority.
What good is being sensitive?
As a dark skinned brown American, I’ve never felt as if I was a threat in this way, but more so just my energy and my essence. I am very bubbly and smiling person. I attract people who are the same 98 percent of the time. I do get more nose turns from white women and Hispanic women more than anything. The hair tossing and rushing in front of me. It’s even worse when my husbands with me unfortunately. He’s white as well. It’s as if they’re trying to intimidate me or stare at my husband for attention. He’s unaware but doesn’t seem bothered. He always shows affection, and shows me love in public. It just boils there blood. Anyway, it’s a feeling as if you’re a burden, I feel it sometimes. But I’m not changing for anyone.
They keep saying "Democracy".... what do they think we are anyways?
When it doubt, take a look at the Department of Justice's Uniform Crime Report. Then you can learn about crime statistics and why people profile blacks.
Do these people live in HillBill Alabama or something? Low self esteem make people see things weird.
the comments are ignorant
no kidding, like the one below me
Black people should be mad at other black people that make them look bad. This "racial bias" doesn't come from nothing.

I’ll admit I don’t like working because being black around a bunch of people who aren’t is weird. Ima tech major and being around a lot of white, young, suited men is horrid. It’s all too corporate. Unfortunately there’s not many woman nor black peoples in tech. I’m tired of sitting by Yale students I just wanna dance and enjoy my career. I wanna relate to freedom and beauty not money and politics.
Why do the black people in the film seem like they are being coached?
nice vid but seems more of damage control..
leopard doesn’t change its spots🤭
I have never been affended by people of color. Our bodies are the same, heart, brain, stomach, only our color, we all bleed the same color of blood. God created different races for a reason, we need to except that and move on. But it seems that now days this has become very volatile. President Lincoln free the slaves many years ago.
Seriously.
7:20 what will I do to make everything more inclusive? I’m gonna be nicer to white people only 🥰
“So I assume that people think a particular thing when they see the color of my skin”
This is exactly the problem though! It is almost a neurotic focus on race and that everyone is judging you on your skin color. I’m black and I don’t think every single person I come across judges me differently due to my skin color. If I did think this it would create the problem I’m wishing to erase
That's a problem you are wishing.
Nah, you just don't have the same experiences as other black people.
So sad the troubles of the black people. When will blacks ever be equal?
Waste of time. It’s not that people don’t know. They just don’t care.
@@bri4njeff3rs0n "being a cohesive group as a country strengthens our position on the world stage"
Then why do people on the left go out of their way to undermine any kind of cohesion we have through divisive "identity politics", demonizing a whole race of people as inherently racist and privileged, and bring in impoverished, culturally alien people in large numbers? Countries like China and Japan with largely homogeneous, cohesive societies have an obvious advantage by that logic.

I still work at Starbucks, and I can tell you that on a store level, Black Partners know that if your store already has two Black Partners and they bring in a third, one of the others is about to get fired.
This all comes from the U.S. which seems to have monopolies the name of the continent in which it is situated. There are actually 22 other countries in a North America- but they have real names. Anyway, I am white and English, I would never visit the U.S.A.because I know I wouldn’t last five minutes, I don’t like U.S.people, for one thing, and I get very cross when they claim to speak English- Australia is much the same- they too have rules which protect all people from racial or cultural slums. With one exception- they are allowed to call me nam, make jokes at my expense, but best of all, is when I was told I spoke with an English accent. Anyway I didn’t stay very long and anyway they strike me as being part of the U.S. by extension. I could also talk about the native Australians, who blame the English for all their woes, even though it was largely settled by Irish, Scottish, Germans and others who wanted to join in the big land grab as did the early settlers of the U.S. ask why Amerindians, why they fought with the English and not the settlers who didn’t like paying tax, given that they had come from Scottish, German and Irish, Dutch etc.
