Gungarlin River Crossing

The Snowy Plains Fire Trail gives access to Cesjacks hut and the Jagungal area. I've never entered the park this way and so drove down to the crossing to have a look. This is where the fire trail begins. I took some footage there and this video is the result. My plan is to come back in Autumn when the rivers are low. There are two more crossings (Bulls Peaks creek) some kilometres further along the trail. The fire trail roughly follows an easement within private properties to the park edge, where there is a locked gate.
This area is not to be confused with the Gungarlin River Campground, which is a few kilometres further along the Island Bend Fire Trail.
