Easy and quick cheesy vegetable sandwich recipe!
I love grilled cheese sandwiches and this vegetable cheese mayo sandwich is also really tasty
It's crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside! If you make this recipe you will love it🥰
❖ Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- butter(softened)
- 2 tbsp onion
- 2 tbsp capsicum
- 2 tbsp red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp sweet corn
- 3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- shredded mozzarella cheese
❖ Tips
1. You can substitute any other vegetable you want
2. Let the butter at room temperature before use to soften it
3. I highly recommend using cheese, but you can skip the mozzarella cheese or use gouda cheese

빵통밀빵 하고 버터 무염버터로 하고 마요네즈 저칼로리로 바꾸면 다이어트.건강식으로도 괜찮을거 같아요. 하지만 ㅎㅎㅎ걍 여기서 나온데로 해먹어봐야겠어요. 조합이 맛없을수 없는 조합이네요.

tried it, im not gonna say it was delicious or amazing but it was just okay, its quick and easy like the title says, little bland so add more than salt and pepper for taste.
why didnt you choose the same approach; to put the "in between" while having the buttered bread already in pan, you have done it in your previous video for garlic- cheese sandwich, i liked the idea back then;
