Ritz Carlton Vienna - Hotel Review 2024

The Ritz Carlton Vienna ist located in the heart of the city and is an impressive property. The level of service offered here is the best I have encountered in any hotel so far but it comes at a hefty price. Points collectors can make excellent use of points or certificates when staying here. Just be aware, that breakfast is never included, no matter how high your status.

Leider nicht … für uns gibt es nur das Sacher, was eine Perfektionismus im Service und Luxus bieten kann. Da sind Gäste auch Gäste und keine Nummer

are you Austrian? I checked online, it says Amex Platinum holders get free breakfast during their stay. hmm....that's odd

Yes I‘m Austrian.
The breakfast might be included if you book via Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts. But that has nothing to do with Marriott Bonvoy Status and the fact that I had booked with points/certificates.

Das Beste Hotel Wien ist und bleibt „das Sacher“ Wer Luxus und sehr guten individuellen Service liebt, ist im Sacher am besten aufgehoben.
