Speaker : Nouman Ali Khan - A bit about him
Nouman Ali Khan is the founder and CEO of Bayyinah. His first exposure to Arabic study was in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where he completed his elementary education. He continued Arabic grammar study in Pakistan, where he received a scholarship for ranking among the top 10 scores in the national Arabic studies board examinations in 1993. But his serious training in Arabic began in the United States in 1999 under Dr. Abdus-Samie, founder and formal principal of Quran College, Faisalabad, Pakistan who happened to be touring the US for intensive lectures in Tafsir and Arabic studies. Under Dr. Abdus-Samie, Nouman developed a keen methodical understanding of Arabic grammar. He further benefited from Dr. Abdus-Samie by internalizing his unique teaching methods and later translating his work into English for the benefit of his own students. Nouman served as professor of Arabic at Nassau Community College until ’06 and has taught Modern Standard and Classical Arabic at various venues for nearly 7 years with over 10,000 students nationwide. Currently he has dedicated himself to a seven-year-long project, of conducting a linguistic & literary focus Qur’anic Tafseer series in English. Recordings of sessions conducted so far can be downloaded at www.bayyinah.com/dream.

The one in the profile is my mom. Today I badly misbehaved with my mom out of anger. So the case is: I always get beaten up when the fault is my sister's. To protest and fight against this I misbehaved. And now I dying of guilt inside. I cried for hours. I really hope mom forgave me. I hope she is not much hurt. I apologized to Allah many times but idk if he forgave me or not. I wanna talk to mom and apologize but my introvert self is not letting me to do so. Thus the moral is always try to control your anger. I have bad anger issues specially cuz im a teen. I am trying to control it. Anger can lead u to many great sins like mine. I couldn’t express my feelings to anyone so I wrote this comment.
    May Allah forgive us.

Never disrespect your mother no matter what. I’m a short- tempers person too but alhamdulillah as a teenager I never talked back to my mom I always stayed silent or I explained it to her.

Mistakes happen. Sometimes you just gotta show that you love someone instead of saying it. Besides when you act the words you wanna say it becomes so much easier to say and mean them ❤

Do you have scientifically verifiable evidence for the existence of a god? (PREDICTION: you will beg the question and/or offer arguments, but no verifiable evidence).

There’s plenty mate, open up the Quran it’ll answer every question you have

@@ibbyannous6983 First all, there is NO scientifically verifiable data for the existence of a god in the quran. None.
But more important than that, the quran is filled with ridiculous and laughable errors that confirm that passages in the quran were written by men of the time who knew less about the natural facts of this world than an ordinary teen-age scholar in a decent western high school.
Further, I predict that as soon as we start a discussion of the quran, you will offer lying translations of the actual Arabic texts.
Then, when those lies are exposed and we start looking at the actual, original text in honest translation, you will start want to "interpret" what the quran actually says because your so-call god is either unable to say what it means or mean what it says.
      Let's have that honest discussion?

5:41 of this video..and the whole video answers your question. I know you'll say but is it verifiable. What about love, we can't see it or touch it.. does that mean it doesn't exist..

    • @JoeHarkinsHimself
      @JoeHarkinsHimself 4 місяці тому

@@zharahussain8004 No it does not. I did not ask an anonymously posted video.I asked YOU if YOU have scientifically verifiable evidence for the existence of a god. Please speak for yourself.
As for "love" I guess you are trying to answer my question in a different thread, if you can name an object, force or agency that exists in this world that lacks verifiable evidence that can be weighed, counted, measured, observed or demonstrated.
Which is love? Is it an object, force, or agent? Please do not play a word-substitution game.
When I say "force" I do not mean in the poetic or metaphorical sense. You know that I am asking in the real world sense. "Love" is an emotion.

@@JoeHarkinsHimself you asked me? You asked in the comments section and I happened to reply. The capital letters in you make it sound like you're angry, I'm actually coming from a place of love and compassion my friend.
