I always fasted 4 ramadans without salah before becoming a Muslim. I in my heart I believe Allah accepted my fasting. Then I became Muslim. Slowly I began praying. Now alhamdulillah I pray 5x
1. Eliminate the poisons in your life that are not allowing you to change. 2. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. 3. Keep it simple Sunnah. 4. Think progress, Islam is progressive. 5. On your way to becoming a good Muslim, do not become a crappy human being (jerk, disliked by others)
I really feel like saying this. This man has such an amazing way of talking about Islam, it is truly beautiful. As a teenager who was losing their connection to deen, before I found him, I looked at other people talking about Islam because I wanted to reconnect. But they all would only scare me and made me feel awful and like it was too late for me. They would all talk about the punishments and never the mercy. But this man has really made me cry on numerous occasions because I realise Allah loves me and it is never too late. Thank you so much
It is NEVER too late. No matter what sin (Any sin you can imagine) unless it is SHIRK. Allah is more merciful to you than you are to yourself. You could be feeling like you don't forgive yourself for something, but Allah will forgive it. Ask forgiveness, that's all.
It's a blessing from Allah that you are understanding the Deen through the best of the teachers..Allah Loves the Repentance of the Young people. All the best for your future .May you be among those who practise Deen and become a good example for your friends. Allah huma Ameen.

1. Elimination of poision that corrupts heart 2. Thinking of sequence of sins 3. KISS (Keep It Simple Sunnah) 4. Islam means progess (be better than yesterday) 5. Finally Be humble, without that nothing is worth it
1. Eliminate the poison that's preventing you to change 2. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure 3. Keep it simple sunnah 4. Think progress (think & progress) 5. On your way to becoming a Muslim, don't become a crappy human
@Tahmid Alpha12 thank you for taking time to reply on my comment. Its been a while since then and I'm afraid I don't know exactly what I needed, I strayed from learning more a while ago. I still read the quran when I have a chance, and it speaks to my heart. The more self searching I've done the more I realized I already have all of the answers I just have to listen to the little voice in my head. But life brings many distractions away from that voice. I fear dying but not so much now as I've come closer to knowing Allah. My biggest fear now is not being good enough. Wouldn't it be great for Allah to be proud of me. I was a Christian, then I started learning Islam. But now I wouldn't say I reverted.. I find truth in all the religions I believe they are all one just many tampered with. My religion is the belief and trust in Allah and I wouldn't put a title on it. I've been given many signs and I gave the steering wheel of my life to allah and have been gifted many blessings. I still fear being tempted by the whispers in my ear from shaytan. And I hope I never stray to far from the right path. I'm frustrated sometimes, because we were given free will. I could be completely pure and free of sin if i chose to be. But yet we all sin. I wish we didn't have to work at meaningless jobs to survive, I'd rather be lost in books studying. Though I take my job as a chance to bring good to others, treat them kindly and make a difference around me. I know my long reply is all over the place you have just brought a lot back to my mind. And now I think I will study even more again.

……when the apostle heard what she had said he said, “Who will rid me of Marwan’s daughter?” ‘Umayr b. Adiy al-Khatmi who was with him heard him, and that very night he went to her house and killed her. In the morning he came to the apostle and told him what he had done and he [Muhammad] said, “You have helped God and His apostle, O ‘Umayr!” When he asked if he would have to bear any evil consequences the apostle said, “Two goats won’t butt their head about her”,#

Female Genital Mutilation The main Islamic schools of jurisprudence differ in their interpretations of the teachings and provisions of Islamic law and guidance regarding FGM. Shafi'i school of Islamic thoughts considers FGM to be obligatory. While the Hanbali, Maliki and Hanafi school of Islamic laws consider FGM to be recommended (or preferred)
The Shafi’i position is clearly expressed, they believe that FGM is obligatAlthough there is no mention of FGM in the Quran, a Hadith (saying about the life of the prophet) conveys a discussion between prophet Muhammed and a woman (Um Habiba) who was known for being a practitioner of FGM. Having seen her, Muhammad asked her if she kept practicing FGM. She answered "yes", adding: “unless it is forbidden and you order me to stop doing it.” Muhammed replied: “Yes, it is allowed. Come closer so I can teach you: if you cut, do not overdo it, because it brings more radiance to the face, and it is more pleasant for the husband.” Most clerics use this hadith to support that FGM is recommended, but not obligatory for women. But some say it is obligatory upon women.
I have literally listen to this video a dozen or more times...may Allah bless Sheikh Omar Suleiman

I am a shia muslim but i still like ur videos cause we have to respect everyone
Be Muslim, not some other title. Just follow Qur'an and sunnah.
Tip nr 2: the dua
Allahuma nagina mina dunubi wal khataya lati takbisu duca, wa nagina minal dunubi wal khataya latul tansinul balaa
(We ask Allah subhana waa ta’aala to purify us from the sins and the mistakes that cause our duas to be cut of and that cause the anger of Allah subhana wa ta’aala to descend upon us)
MashaaAllah... U write this by listening?
Mind-Body-Spirit yes, JazakhAllah kheyr for uploading this beneficial video
@@fatimar2783 please write me 1: dua
Fareha Farooqui Asalama aleikum,
Tip nr 1 is not a dua,
In tip nr 1 Omar says to ”eliminate the poisons in our lives that are not allowing us to change”
But JazakhAllah kheyr for commenting because that made me watch this video again and be reminded of theses tips. May Allah reward immensely for that. Amin

1. Elimination of poision that corrupts heart
2. Thinking of sequence of sins
3. KISS (Keep It Simple Sunnah)
4. Islam means progess (be better than yesterday)
5. Finally Be humble, without that nothing is worth it
1. Eliminate the poison that's preventing you to change
2. An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure
3. Keep it simple sunnah
4. Think progress (think & progress)
5. On your way to becoming a Muslim, don't become a crappy human
May Allah guide all of us.....Ameen
i have so many questions wish i could just have a one on one with him or someone very knowledgeable
Work on yourself and you can find all the answers in your heart, or will send someone who will answer them
@Tahmid Alpha12 thank you for taking time to reply on my comment.
@Tahmid Alpha12 Thank you. I can message you on Instagram 🙂
