I have been riding for a long time in groups and I can tell you: communication before the ride and during the ride is everything when riding in a group.
Good morning Balázs, if your group doesn't want to ride in a staggered formation and you don't agree you can always drop out of the group and ride to the destination on your own. If they don't know how to you can explain and show some examples!
Good morning, you can discuss this with your group and talk to the person who owns the bike that doesn't work properly. You don't want to put yourself in dangerous situations because of a tail light that doesn't work in the group, for example.
Especially the part for group size is spot on. The smaller the better.
Thanks guys! Love the tips especially for new riders like me
Oh man, next weekend is my first group ride and can’t wait! Thanks for the tips guys.

I liked the hand signals haha, but all my friends have communication systems so we won’t need them unfortunately
Nice video! Are these all the handsignals people use or are there more signals?
Thank you Tarik, there are many other handsignals that motorcyclists use. These were some examples that are used more often.
Thank you for this video! How do I get involved in group rides or bike meetings?
Do you ride in a staggered formation when riding with 2 aswell?
Thank you for your question Emir. If you are riding in pairs it is better to keep the staggered formation!
What do I do when I want to ride in a staggered formation but my group doesn’t want to or don’t know how to?
