      You can predefine some features in your start part if it is repetitive in nature. Yes you can do this.

    my need is i have some repeated feature in every start model i have 10 planes and some extrudes and some rounds ,
    also its may not be dependent bcz the must be independent for me bcz i cant maintaine the start part

    i have 32gb Ram laptop and continuesly i work on huge engines models so some time bunc of rounda or some sudden input creo gets though out from the software and i am loosing data can i regain it if creo crash

    How to save start-part? because when I save, it saved as creo versioned file type, but all other pro e part file in template folder. Kindly reply me.

      @@CADxTraining you just copied the file and pasted it in the template, while I do the same I couldn't find it in the template while creating a new part.
      Reason I found is template file tyes are in Pro/E Part file, but what I saved is in creo version file.

      Before you paste the file, make sure that you have removed .1 from the file extension.
      When you save the file, you get file extension as .prt.1 or may be some other number.
      Your file extensions should only be .prt, this is the problem I guess.
