PTC Creo Tutorial : How to make default templates/start files for Part and Assembly

I am showing the method of creating default templates for parts and assembly in Creo(Pro/E). This is also called start parts.
This video talks about creating default coordinate systems and X, Y & Z planes, along with setting up the units for the start files.
How to add parameter to config.pro to retain the start parts as default.
