Thanks for making videos like these Rachel that showcase some new companies that we havent seen. I am always on the lookout for new stores to buy from that sell licensed artwork!
Thanks for being our voice! I have ordered from them three times and haven't received my yet. It's been a long time. Thanks for letting me know to pay close attention to these things. I really enjoy your videos! Be blessed!
I just received two canvases from them. The Maui Mermaid - Hannah Lynn painting was very, very wrinkled. I showed them a pic and within 5 minutes Ruben got back to me. They are sending a brand new kit! Excellent customer service and the rendering is wonderful!
There Customer service is what makes me want to give them another chance. My first kit came with a giant crease down the middle. Ruben sent me another canvas. I have since completed a square kit and had popping drills because of the drill quality. I also had some pretty hard to read and even non-existent symbols. Oraloa seems open to feedback and I will pick up another kit to try. Great CS (in addition to some new to me licensed artists) makes me want to support/give another chance
Very cute image and glad that you have someone on your side of the pond. It's amazing how expensive so many of the kits are no matter where you live.. But love them and having a blast working on them. Great response from the company and looking forward to seeing your next video.
It's great to hear that all of the kits should now resin. I messaged them a couple months ago on Instagram, and at that point in time they told me all of their drills were resin, so seeing that they were still shipping out acrylic drills (especially at this price point) was a bit alarming.
Yayy! This kit is so cute, it's on my wishlist. Oraloa is awesome, haven't had a problem with any of the kits I've gotten from them, but it looks like their customer service is great which is good to know!
Hi Rachel, thank you for doing this video. I've been looking at Oraloa for a while now and really like a lot of diamond paintings and was really happy to see your review. Looking forward to seeing the next one. 💜😁
I have "l'oiseau des fées" and "take care" since their start ! I so hoped you would unbox one of these ! P.s. for Americans, there's a wharehouse in Montreal !
Carat.Art does sell licenced Artwork, and they are based in germany, they do ship worldwide and are not that expensive, BUT they also have acrylic drills and no ab drills as far as i know. I habe seen a lot nice kits from Oraloa, but unfortunatly they are a bit expensive for me. Thank you for sharing 🤗
I love this kit. I finished it a few weeks ago for drills and chills. I’m working on my 3rd Oraloa kit now and I have to say I love this company it might just be my favourite 💎❤️
I have purchased several of there new kits and they were delivered in excellent shape as well and delivery within 10days( maybe due to US stock). I'm very impressed and I certainly recommend, thank you for sharing your results with us.
I’m doing a round canvas and having the same issue with the drills + some symbols are very similar with the same Color. For the price I paid i have to be honest saying I’m a little meh. I’m happy to give them a chance but surprisingly I didnt get the same answer as you when I mentioned the drills quality 🤷🏼♀️
Mine are already popping off and I bought the expensive Hannah Lynn kit so not happy. Hopefully it's only the Amazon kit that's popping and when I get to the Hannah Lynn it won't pop.
@@jodyc8887 Haha I just realized now why it must be confusing sorry I didn't mean the site amazon. It's just the title of the painting of the girl with a parrot. I'm guessing she's like an Amazonian woman or something. Rachel said the Hannah Lynns should have better drills so now I'm hopeful they won't pop like the first one I started from oraloa called amazon.
Vayounette is Vayounette Illistrators - the artist who drew the piece. It took me a few minutes to figure it out. Time To Witch in French would be "Temps De Sorcière" Hope that helps. Thanks and take care! Hug Princess Luna for me.
I've been back to their site numerous times. Unfortunately, most of the kits are between $80-$100 USD and I can't justify paying that much for a kit even if it is licensed, sadly they're out of my range for now. 🤷♀️
Cute kit but I would have to say a bit "spendy" for my liking. Also, the divots in the drills are a real red-flag for me. Thankfully it is poured glue so less chance for popping as the drill can settle more into the glue. But with divots comes curved sides and, as someone who places with tweezers, that is annoying. I look forward to seeing what changes they make in the drills. Thanks for sharing!
I find that for the quality the price and totally unjustify it is a low quality canvas the diamonds are not of good quality nothing justifies such a price very very disappointed when I received mine

So glad they are changing their drills. They do look like wonderful canvases!
Very cute image. 🤗🌼
Thank you Rachel great painting, and a great customer service response!

Put in an order with them weeks ago and still waiting for it. Customer service is blooming brilliant. Xx
Love this one, I have a black cat named Shadow that it very much reminds me of.
I adopted a full black kitten in august and this looks sooo much like her I’m gonna have to get it!
Such a beautiful kit, love the kitty cat. Too cute!
This kit is on my wish list from them! Glad to see it on your channel! So cute!
I have been looking at buying one of their kits and was wondering if the they were worth the cost. Thank you for sharing!

How refreshing that a company takes, and accepts constructive criticism.

I've seen this cat...it's so cute! It is really expensive for this size. I'm still waiting for more reviews before buying Oraloa paintings.

Amazon kit??? What do you mean if you don’t mind me asking?

@@jodyc8887 speaking of amazon the actual site now has official diamond art club paintings. I just got the snow white one.

Cute!
Not just France. Outta 🇨🇦 and 🇺🇸 as well.
I know diamond painting deutchland. Can you recommend other European companies not counting oraloa.

Not USD but $CAD
Kitten 😸
Ill stick to DAC not paying 80 to 100 for a painting...but it is a nice painting

Btw, it’s super cute but I agree, it should be a bit bigger.
I’m in loooove 😍😍😍
I want to order a certain kit. Can you contact me so I can order it
