You’re welcome. That’s the purpose of the whole channel, to give folks the information they need to make an informed decision about whether this area might be a good fit for them or not. Thanks for watching!
Instead of In-N-Out Burger I would rather see the first Culver's in the PNW which is from Wisconsin with concrete mixers, similar to DQ Blizzards, but they also have Wisconsin cheese curds as well and there burgers are awesome. I would also love to see either a Texas Roadhouse in the area or a Longhorn Steakhouse knowing the closest one to us is in Boise Idaho, either way we need a good high quality steakhouse in the area and maybe a WingStop as well.
Take a look at the future parks and trails the city of Ridgefield has planned. The goal is to have all these developments connected with trails and walking paths. Plus new parks are on their way! City planners are doing a nice job.
From 1964-1993, Pacific Wood Treating operated on the Port of Ridgefield waterfront property at 111 West Division in Ridgefield. PWT pressure treated wood products with a variety of toxic chemicals. i.e.: pentachlorophenol, dioxin
I think the California transplants are more excited about this In and Out Burger and I have to agree with you. I don’t really get the hype but I am not from CA. Went to one near my son’s college in CA years ago and I guess I expected more with all the hype. I will say I enjoyed the fries more than the burger. I would be more excited about the Costco coming in if I were a Ridgefield resident! 😂 Btw… I enjoy your videos.
Thank you so much! I agree, a buddy of mine is from CA and he's pretty much been praying for this day to come and since he works in Ridgefield, he'll probably be living in that place. I tried them once in Anaheim and it was just ok, nothing to get excited about. Not to toot my own horn but I make better burgers than they do...or at least my wife tells me I do anyway.
Dude C'mon on..In & Out is way better, here in San Jose, Calif theres a 5 guys 100yards away from an In & Out and its always empty....free peanuts, whoopee
😆 ya the peanuts don't do anything for me...just the better tasting burgers. I'm sure I'll give In & Out another try when they open up, but my expectations are limited.
Thank you for convincing me not to move there from Pasadena!

Thank you for the tour. Such a nice area with huge potential in living and jobs with the new businesses. Take care and Aloha.🌺
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!

$7-800k for a track home in VCW!!! no thanks.
Selling small town America in Ridgefield is like selling rotten fish at Walmart. Don’t believe the hype
