I'm currently 2.9k+ IO and trying to push and I do have some questions and if you can reply them, I would really apreciate it. 1) I've seen some variations on frost talents, more specific about these two: - Murderous Efficiency OR Horn of Winter - Frostwyrm's Fury OR Inexorable Assault Could you comment or explain why pick one or other for M+ environments? Is it based on key level, which DG you are running or both? 2) Sometimes, after Big CD window (all CDs, including BoS), I'm experiencing some starvation of runes and runic power and horn of winter (when I pick it) isn't available, but I haven't seen this happening to you in this video. I have noticed this when I'm about to use next PoF and Reaper's Mark. Am I managing my runes and runic power wrong or this is ok and could happen? 3) In this video, I've seen you mostly using reaper's mark before PoF and other times PoF before. I’d love to hear about these as well! Breath gives 2 runes on start so maybe that’s why he uses some stuff before PoF? Idk? I try to manage runes/power so I don’t get those starvation/low dps windows and it definitely helps when you actively watch it. It can still happen with really bad rng but it should be very rare. They buffed frost strike so maybe use that more when you’re full on runic power? I’m not sure? I’ve been looking for answers myself
