Does a person have to eat when he/she is not hungry in order to meet the minimum BMR requirements to avoid muscle loss? I find myself stuffing myself all too often, especially when I run out of my eating time window? No one has addressed this issue, at least, not that I caught the answer. Please advise.

Hum if you not hungry you probably should not be forcing yourself BUT if you are not eating enough to even sustain the BMR that is a concern. You might speak to your doctor about.

I had the same issue a while back while intermittent fasting or OMAD. I was suggested to add some calorie dense fat such as butter, olive oil, or nuts in order to increase the calories without adding an extra meal or eating beyond fullness. Of course this is not a medical advice and depending on your situation you should seek the advice of a doctor.
