This system made sense in 2.0 with 7 gangs. Not 4.0 with nearly 30+
Its pretty obvious at this point groups who have a admin actively involved was warned prior to the update on the upcoming changes Hydra, OBs and Besties all seemed a little too informed on the changes. CG and a couple of other groups was completely blindsided - You have two active admins giving day 1 unlocks to their groups OOC and IC and now are trying too fix it by reaching out to the other groups.
Honestly, mechanical changes need patch logs for shit like this.
Seems Mr K was informed as well only difference is it woke up well after Tsunami ... when he did wake up he knew what needed to be done and how. Then arrowhead picked up the receiver and scuffed out the little Seoul turf . So CG moved to verspucci which I think was a bad move . If they go back to Little Seoul I bet you it works again and they will have that turf. There has to be some sort of cool down when placing the receiver back down again
This is one of many reason why admins should NOT RP within a group (Gangs or PD) and just cloak up and observe RP not be part of it and if they do want to RP drop your admin tag or don't RP as a cop or crim and just be a civ where you don't show favoritism. Why is this so complicated.

All I'm saying is, Mr K decided to buy a house in LS, started gathering funds. Meanwhile, Besties somehow have the same idea, and snipe LS right before CG. Hmmm, coincidence?? I think not. It was almost like Besties metagamed, and immediately started racing to beat CG. Just another coincidence guys, nothing to see here. 😂😂

Clearly you don't watch anyone outside of CG... I was watching streams of both gangs and Besties had already taken the turf before the cg. Man, whenever cg is involved, if they don't win everything, everyone starts crying, accusing streamers of metagame, so embarrassing.
It's almost as if the server was down for 5 minutes after a restart and had patch notes so people.
