Rockingham Castle, Northamptonshire.

I filmed this in 2018, before we had our UA-cam channel, but thought i could show it during this latest Lock Down period. Rockingham Castle is a former royal castle and hunting lodge in Rockingham Forest, approximately two miles north from the town centre of Corby, Northamptonshire.

Love it! When I was a child growing up I was off with friends on my bike down the hill...no fear then ..and stopped off at the church, you could walj into the churchyard from 'Rocky Hill'. The story went that if you walked round the church a couple of times 'The White Lady' showed herself...I never ever seen her!! Happy memories and fun times thanks for sharing 💙

Aw, I love that!
I never heard about the White Lady of Rockingham, when I was younger she was rumoured to haunt the "12 Arches" aqueduct on the opposing side of Corby.
