I have had nothing but issues with the SA62-35 thermal. The first one I ordered directly from PARD had a bad thermal image sensor. There was a blurry line that ran from the top of the image to the bottom of the image. The blurry line was also in the recorded videos, so it was not an LCD screen issue. I spent $80 to ship it back, I was told that they would refund the shipping, but I was not refunded for the shipping.
The second SA62-35 was ordered through Optics Planet, and it also had issues. There was a thermal gradient of hot to cold from the bottom left of the image to the top right of the image. There was also a "ghost image" that would stick around until the thermal did its refresh cycle. I tried updating the firmware, and the issue persisted. Thankfully, Optics Planet has a good return policy!
