    Krish sahab, I went to buy a used car the other day, all I remembered is your advice and I asked him so many questions and all valid, and asked him for all in written with the company letterhead. He got so mad at me, he asked me to get out. I replied " I'm getting out" 🤣 ,because he wouldn't sell me the car".
    Thank you once again for showing us how to deal with sales people.

      @@KINGMJ1990 questions were as below:
      1. Are you a direct employee of the showroom or a sales person employed by outside agency whose work location is this showroom?
      2. He spoke about lemon titles, etc and return policy. He said they will try 3 times to fix the car and if not fixed then they will take it back. I asked for it in written and what extent they will try to fix it and how much do I have to drive to text until I can get it back.
      3. He said car had no accidents, I said ok give me this in written, also wrote of I find out from another mechanic this is untrue, your showroom refunds me the money on full in 7 days, if not then you pay 8 percent per month in interest.
      4. He said 4 complimentary oil changes, I said ok. Then give me in written what oil you will use, it's not muxed with oil and consequences if this happens.
      5. Then he called the manager. The manager turns out worked for the sales teams( different entity then car showroom). Please note these are different entities as Mr.Krish mentioned. I asked him to give me all in written and also write , the manager is authorized to sign and makes deals on behalf of the showroom and that if that's not the case then I get my money back in 7 days.
      This was a respectful and well toned conversation. He asked me to leave finally, coz he knew he was messed up with such written claims.

    I will remember the brothel comparison every time i go to see a closing manager in a builder office

    Truthfully speaking, land and labour and material are extremely expensive in india. Based on the common man's income, a common man would never be capable of owning a house in 30+ years of savings.
    Banks and builders know this, and therefore they trap ppl with "too good to be true" deals.

    I taught lessons to my child what you are giving from your videos. I suffered from this Jain Marwadi builders. They are stingy and choose your blood and not even show you flat till you pay them all abrubt charges and interest @18% of some skip payments due to bankers delay. This should learned by every youth i put forward your thoughts in every fanily and social meetings. Thanks once again.

    I have seen a project in pre launch state for 2+ years in pune. Another ptoject they keep on saying we are launching next month since dec last year. One closing manger u asked size of plot she kept in telling area. I asked her i want size not area she keot on telling me area for a plotting scheme

      ​@@abhinavkumbhar6978rera is a registration body not it doesn't monitor and take action on builders like in USA etc.Builder pumps crores to officials and MLA s and also local police station there he escapes

      Imagine an RTO that would register and give a number plate to a scooter as a two-wheeler, as long as it had two wheels and an engine and the barest bare-minimum. Even if it was rusted, this RTO would give a registration. RERA is like that. With the barest of bare-minimum requirements, and without checking for quality, RERA will register the project as a real-estate project. You buy believing that there is quality checks and quality assurance by a government body i.e. RERA. The fact is, there are zero checks, because RERA registration is blindly given.
