Am I the only one coming back here after 7 years for nostalgia?
One of my favorite rail vids...brilliant sound capture and angles.
47 thanks mate, I usually do photography only but also the occasional video.
Very good , keep up the good work 👍
Excellent vídeo! Thank you.
very nice work, nice to see the variety of motive power and services in this part of the state
I love the old QR emblems on the EMU bandicoot and SMU 220 series units
No they use overhead only, yes QLD is mostly Narrow guage, but also runs sections of Standard guage for interstate trains.
Really Awesome
Excellent shots
Oh I remember those old platform announcements, they’ve changed them slightly
Does the QR use 3rd rail electric locos, or did I see a dual gauge rail line, in the segment from 8min to 11 min.
DerangedDragon99 it’s a dual gauge, it runs from the port of brisbane to Roma street station and out through acacia ridge freight terminal toward NSW which is predominantly standard gauge
@shazam75 glad you liked it.
if you don’t hit the corner on Gailes platf on an empty coalie doin 80kmhs you are a Fish island driver...
Hahaha gold!
We don't do 80 km/h anymore its all 60 km/h for coal trains now.
is biuriful train
