Correct! Norwegian Krag Jørgensen chambered in 6.5x55 swede, wonderfull rifle with a wonderfull cartridge, they used to be extremely popular for shooters in Norway, but it has gotten less popular over the years after the sauer 200 str took over. Going go inherit an old krag in about two years myself!
This "Guy" is the master Finn Amundsen, the best that ever was in this disipline with a Krag. BY FAR! My father watched him "doing this" back in 1963, shooting 17 shots in 25 sec, with all hits. Target was as now a headsized figure called "Småen" and on aprox 120-140 meters distance. Good luck trying, with a Krag...😁
@@Whitpusmc Thanks for the offer, but I'll keep mine. What I will do is make a search on the largest online marketplace in Norway. If something comes up, I'll let you know. There was one sold last month for approximately 50 Euros.
Very impressive, this might be the smoothest bolt I've ever seen on a military-derived rifle. The skill of those shooters is just incredible.
the krag only uses one locking lug so its smooth as butta
That bolt smoother than my life.
Is that a Krag? That reload is awesome

I always wondered why no one ever adopted a clip loading mechanism for the Krag even though there were some prototypes.
Dont need clip when you have a speed loader!
Amazing
very impressive
Very impressive 🎯🥇
Krag reloader device is called a Hurtiglader
Hurtiglader means «speedloader» in English.
Isn't it originally for a mauser?
Nope, this is spesificly for a Krag. There is one, but different, called Østliens hurtiglader, for Mauser.@@HrHaakon
Watch DFS stangskyting.
Where can I buy one of those speedloaders?
They are quite rare, even in Norway. I inherited one, but have no idea how to get another.
