What lighting setup are you using? (Got a Sony a 6100 with the kit lens 16-55mm but light limits sharpness for streaming as does the downscaling). Thanks. Like you videos.
@@freddewfishing7611 for me the most important factor is time. Some slrs will record for 10-15 minutes. Others 20-30 some maybe more now. Gotta remember that the processor gets hot and could fry your camera. Lens would be the next factor and that depends how you shoot.
@@Svenddiesel thanks for the reply tubes = macro with a reduction in light ... but with he ring and bounce you have plenty of light. The time warped ties are really well done, not much of a streamer tier but could get close watching your vids... great work also like watching the dub loop construction pieces on TicTok.
Yeah it’s just dollars and cents. I had the 50mm and you are right compensate with more light. One day I’d like to upgrade but I’d need somewhere in the 28-40 mm lens for what I’ve been doing and haven’t seen a macro for the z series yet. Sure it will be $1k
Great inside look...
Thanks for sharing what your setup looks like! Appreciate it!!

What you see is the lighting set up. Desk lamp is a taotronics and led ring off the lens is just an led ring light
@@Svenddiesel do you know how many lumens they produce together? Having issues with insufficient lighting.
@@TheBookieBaby I have no idea. It has 4 levels and can change color. You could check their website
Is your desk always this clean? Mine is always a calamity that is just inches out of frame.
Nice. What's your gear? Camera/lamp/etc
Nikon z7. 50 mm lens, lamp is Tao tronics. Ring light is a Amazon 16$ usb one
@@Svenddiesel thanks. Looking to up my video game
@@Svenddiesel is there a specific function you need in a camera to film fly tying ?

like vids a lot, interested in lens FL more than brand. is it macro.
Nope. Not macro. Need to upgrade my lens down the road but it’s a 50mm with a extension tube
