"coveted neighborhood of crow point" lol. funny to hear. not when i lived there... but now it's unrecognizable. my childhood home and most of the others in the neighborhood torn down and replaced with mcmansions that take up the whole of those tiny lots, lol. oh well. that's new money right there. and i can't complain, we sold our house for twice what we bought it for without doing too much work on it 🤷
