Just made this today. Used butter instead of avocado oil. Also added 2 tablespoons very soft cream cheese. Then folded in 8 oz fresh blueberries before baking. OMG … so good! My husband who is not a keto fan has enjoyed two slices today.

I have tried SO MANY of your recipes and they are all so BOMB, so delicious, so easy. I'm literally so thankful that I found your channel. I was getting so bored with the same old food, week after week. And that has always been my downfall. I get bored with the food and I go back to my old ways of eating. But, YOU have changed my way of thinking. Last week I literally dumped out all of my whole wheat flour, AP flour, self rising flour, sugars, cornmeal, etc. I don't know why I was hanging on to it all. So, I washed all of my canisters and filled them with my ultra fine almond flour, my Bocha sweet, my xanthan gum, my protein powder, etc. I'm not on a diet! I'm living my life healthier. At my Starbucks, the loaf wrapper shows about 2 months since it was packaged. If you order it, check the date on the clear wrapper - you have to ask to get it in that wrapping to see the date. It must have some really strong ingredients...
I made this recipe tonight because I love the Starbucks version. I’m not going to mislead anyone. This cake is nowhere near as good as the Starbucks version. I’d give this one 2 1/2 stars out of 5. It’s satisfying knowing how much healthier this version is, but I don’t think I will ever make it again. I just want people to be honest.
Obviously it's not going to be like the Starbucks one, this is a low carb and sugar free version! Don't make it ever again and stuff yourself with the Starbucks one instead of complaining like a Karen!

Just saw this and I'm so excited. I love all of the recipes that I've used from you. I'm a little nervous though because when I made the French toast egg loaf your oven cooked it in 15 minutes but mine took 45 min at the same temperature so with the half baked temp change I'm wondering how to convert the bake times. I wonder if convection times are different from standard oven bake times?

Flavor was great. But texture was a little dense and dry. Next time I would add more oil or butter and maybe whip one or two of the egg whites and fold that into the batter

If you're looking for a non-dairy/vegan instead of whey protein powder, use pea protein powder. I haven't tried it yet but the reviews are great on it.

Having this recipe will stop my son and husband as well as having that craving. Now maybe you can make the s'mores frappuccino for us from Starbucks. If you can do that I have no reason to ever return to that place again! Maybe take 5-7 minutes off the cook time though. Yours looks like it got a bit over done on the sides.

Yes the eggloaf takes an hour for me. But everything else I have tried seems to be on point.

I use Isopure unflavored whey protein. Works with all my recipe.
