It's been almost 2 years since I've ditched Spotify for Apple Music, and I've talked about this before in some older videos. However, with Spotify getting new features, as well as other options being available for music listening such as Foobar2000, do I regret switching, and am I moving to another platform?
While these videos are completely free for you to watch, they take a considerable amount of time for me to make, so I'd be very grateful if you used my Amazon Affiliate link. (It doesn't cost you a penny lol): amzn.to/2z0jsoG

I love the UI of apple music. But, Spotify is so good at making playlists for me and I use song radio to find similar songs. Spotify's algorithm is so smart and it brings me songs which I will surely love Because I've been using it from 4 years so its like it knows my taste well.
Vishnu Vijwani yeah it’s far better than Apple musics playlists lol
Machine learning at its best.
@@BubVisuals what’s the name of your frames?
Both the recommendations kind of suck for me on both services. I am pretty unique though, I listen to such a wide variety from rock, metal, blues, jazz, classical etc that both of them kind of throw their hands up in the air and don't really know what to do. To be fair, I wouldn't know what to recommend me either lol.
Yea Spotify’s ability to make playlist is just nuts!
I used apple music for 6-7 months
Then i noticed few things i dont like...
1. Its playlist and suggestions are not that good as Spotify
2. Our songs library is just with us untill we pay them. As soon as we stop paying , everything is gone..
Otherwise widget and lyrics feature of apple music are awesome
If you reactivate it, will your songs come back or are they permanently gone?
@@LeopardGeckoTree I’ve never seen someone answer this question maybe because once they stopped they’re subscription they switch to spotify and never go back 😂
*their 😅
@@LeopardGeckoTree in Philippines the music even downloaded ones won't be gone in Apple music...but you cant access it until you pay. Years ago downloads will disappear immediately except for list of songs in your library...now they copy Spotify so people wont switch... apple music has accurate lyrics and better style esp calming effect with moving blurred background. Check on an evening in roma by michael buble...the lyrics in apple music is ''and that is much too few'' which is right...in spotify ''and one is one too few'' which is wrong. Also, some songs are not in Spotify like Jinx by DNCE. Peace of mind in lyrics and UI, more connection to artists esp when your followed artists release a new song you will be notified, more songs not in spotify, artists are happier since Apple pay them more than Spotify, if you know your artists and favorite songs that you play repeatedly and just downloading it is better in apple music......all of that is apple music. Great discovery of new songs and hands free streaming of great songs like a radio or great DJ.....spotify.
Spotify has the best algorithm if you just want to listen hands free try streaming...type a song and it will play great songs. Apple music is best for making your own library esp saved or downloaded ones, playlists and you are more connected to artists...if you like to know an artist or discover his or her songs...use apple music. If you just want great songs of anyone and just play it...use spotify.
@@LeopardGeckoTree I have done this and it comes back, just that you will always need to have a subscription to view your library, unlike Spotify where you can still access your playlists and songs even without a subscription.
I have been using Apple Music for around 6 months, then I switched to Spotify because I wanted to try it out and see what I like better. The playlists are the best feature about Spotify. There‘s basically a playlist for every mood. Also the song selection is amazing.
What I like about Apple Music better though is the UI and the fact that you can really make Apple Music your own. If you keep on telling Apple Music what you like by using the favorites button, it gets better and better. New releases are also published earlier on Apple Music. The audio quality is far better then Spotify, especially if you are using a high end stereo system. And artists are paid better by Apple which is also nice.
I switched over to Apple Music a year ago because of your video and don’t regret it. It’s the overall better experience for me. 👍
I’ve just switched to Apple Music after using Spotify for 13 years. I was so bored of listing to the same playlists over and over, I hate the layout of it. There was so much music I wasn’t listening to or had forgotten about because of the way that Spotify is so geared towards playlists instead of having artists and albums in lists so things are easier to find. It’s only been 3 days so far and loving it wish I made the change sooner!
I left Apple Music because of how difficult it was to quickly add the song I hear to my library. On Spotify I can do that just by pressing the heart button. This is dealbreaker for me. Plus the recommendations are just too good and its like Spotify knows what I wanna hear.
Or you can swipe left to add to favorite, and swipe right to add to queue, which is awesome
@@NhungBui-vu2hb definitely. Small things make all the difference.
@@NhungBui-vu2hb I actually liked the swipe features better in Apple Music. Queue next, queue last and add to library, download (if I remember correctly)
But I’m back to Spotify bc of the integrations, windows app, and just the fact that it’s more like a radio
What I think is weird is that the swipe gestures in Spotify seem to only be present on iOS devices? Cuz my android friends can’t swipe. That’s so weird
i need an app that has all the good parts of both apps in one 😂😂
That might take ages dude😂😂
I totally love Apple Music because you can listen to Hi-Rez lossless audio and lossless audio
@@johnpepper2014 i also very much like the lyrics
@@johnpepper2014 I have both but you can’t beat Spotify 320kbps quality.
@@joncruz is that bad or good?
After trying Apple Music i just cant go back to Spotify. First being I have bought countless songs on iTunes, second the iCloud sync you mentioned since i rip songs from my CDs, and finally the simpicity of it.
iTunes March does iCloud Sync for $25 a year. No need for the full Apple Music sub.
These features you mention do not depend on Apple Music, you shouldn’t be paying
@@pdrohrtdo9756 why not? I enjoyed using their streaming services too, plus i get discounts off the university student plan so its overall a win for me
@@thatsanaurnaur Oh, you mentioned you were using the music from you CDs. I assumed you didn't use the streaming feature. My bad.
@@pdrohrtdo9756 no worries, it's all good
I just switched from Apple Music to Spotify. I like that Spotify has a basic plan if I didn't want to pay for premium for a month, I can still listen to my playlist.
I LOVE SPOTIFY BUT RECENTLY SOME OF MY FAVORITE KPOP SONGS GOT REMOVED FOR SOME REASON. SO THAT'S WHY I'M GOING TO SWITCH TO ESOUND :)
Bro that profile pic…
I've been an Apple Music user for years now but actually thinking of switching to Spotify this year to try it out
Try it! It is way ahead of apple music in terms of suggestions and discover playlists. It'll make playlists According to your taste. Use got to song radio features and, you'll have the similar songs which you'll like.
Yeah that could be fun, I think they have a free trial of premium which might be worth checking out
@@collopy9890 is there a way you could transfer your music ?
@@simplesyra5226 yeah, i Used soundiiz.com and it works very well and fast. But you have to make a Playlist with all your Song Favorits bc you only can Transfer Playlists and with the free Version they cant be longer than 200 Tracks but yeah its still way easier then search Them all again lol
Same with me. I’m about to start college and I’m more of a playlist person so I feel like being able to have easier playlist sorting along with premium, showtime, and hulu for 5 dollars is too tempting
hi first :D (also you are the most underrated person i've ever seen)
Haha thanks for the support!
Honestly
Apple feels more like a real music library where as spotify feels more like an app with the intention of keeping you swiping through endless lists.
I use a mixture of both Spotify and apple. Apple when I wanna listen to albums and Spotify when I wanna listen to playlists
@@ojas7277 yes I pay for both
If u know who u want to listen to, go for Apple Music. If you just want to discover the oceans of new songs that you'd like, go for Spotify.
So am I really the only person on earth using Tidal? 🤣
No, I am too. I like it very much, but sometimes it be buggy and lacks features.
I use both Tidal and Apple Music.
@@EgoVolsung I have Apple Music (free because I have Verizon) , Tidal (get a military discount cutting the price in half, Spotify (on a free three month trial).
Haha never heard of it
I did try the free trial for Tidal, but the thing I didn't like was search. The idea of Tidal Hi-fi and Masters is nice, but I really heard no improvement of the audio to justify the extra they charge. Also, an artist on UA-cam was comparing the services and said, although Tidal pays artists the most, they haven't received payment from Tidal for a few months and there are rumours Tidal is having financial problems.
It’s been around 2 months since I switched, so far I’m liking it better in terms of UI design and audio quality over Bluetooth
I'd used Apple Music for years as ive got the phone and watch, but yes the playlists they make up for me are noway near as good as Spotify. Im waiting for the Spotify app to run directly off my watch, when it does I thing id change to Spotify permanently
I use Spotify through my 🍎watch all the time. And Im only using Series 3👍🏾
Few things that bother me with Spotify:
Randomly deletes +9k songs 🤷🏻♂️
No background downloads🤔
When on wifi, Spotify quits out of the blue 💩
Oh, im so sorry that your Songs where deleted. It has also Happend to me some time ago but on a illegal App. If you also pay for your Songs being downloaded and saved it Must be so annoying ... 😬 Still, I would say on spotify they are lot ,,saver" than on that crapy illegal Apps
Spotify defiantly has the better interface and I find their Algorithms seem to be more in tune with what you like. So when they come out with HD this year they will be back as the best overall ....period.
Which wired headphone do u use and can u recomend one under 40 dollars please respond.big fan
I use the Status audio CB-1s and I recommend the Samson SR850s as a budget pair of headphones
I was using Spotify from 2018-2020, used Apple Music from 2020-2021 and liked some things better.
Now I’m back to Spotify and love it. 1) they added lyrics 2) discord integration 3) the windows app 4) I grew to love the radio like playlist mindset(?) of Spotify
I prefer Music and Podcasts being separate. It keeps both looking clean. For me, at least. Peace.
I love both, but Spotify has my heart through and through. Great vid Bud! 💛
And same with Endless. Once I watched it then I switched over lol
Cant bring myself to get rid of Spotify as I have wayyyy too many playlists that would be a genuine nightmare to try to recreate haha altho I agree that genus lyrics on Spotify are annoying as hell. Also I love that with Spotify, on the laptop version, you have the ability to see what your friends are listening to in real time - as a nosey person I really enjoy this feature and has allowed me to find really cool songs! Hope ur doing well b!
There are loads of services both free and paid that make transferring playlists simple. I agree though, seeing what your friends are listening to would be a nice to have feature on Apple Music but not a deal breaker for me.
As an OG IPod guy I originally signed up to Apple Music to replace my iPod classic with my phone using the iCloud library feature many, many years ago. And I justified the price by it pays for itself if you are adding one album to your library a month and I tend to add more. It is now included in my cellular plan so.. also I originally had just over 100gb of music when I started its now over 300gb.
I switch to apple music because I wanted to watch Endless by Frank Ocean too!!
For me I used Apple Music because I did get 3 free months when I got bought my iPhone 12, but I’ll be going back to Spotify.
1. It’s far easier to discover new music on Spotify.
2. I’m listen via playlists more than albums and I make a lot.
3. I appreciate the UI more in Spotify than Apple Music. Example being able to swipe to skip songs instead of having to tap on the skip button. It’s just easier IMO.
I did like Apple Music but I feel there’s just a few tweaks they need to do in order for it to take that spot from Spotify for me
Awesome video. thank you.
But which one sounds better? Spotify or Apple Music? Which offers better sound quality between the two? Based on your experience.
Apple music is a great experience on iPhone for the fact you can have your personal music you own plus the stuff you can stream. I'm really hoping apple hands a lossless version to there streaming service though. I get it alot of people use Bluetooth and AAC is great if you only use Bluetooth but those os us who have a home theater system and good headphones (which alot of people now a days do) lossless audio is the way to go it sounds night and day compared to AAC and yes it depends on what music you listen to to determine how much of a difference you will hear but in the end you can never go wrong with actual studio quality sound. AAC is fine but it's not "studio quality" like Apple makes it out to be it still lacks detail
what other services do you use to find new music? would love to hear about that!
Mi Mou mostly through Reddit/RYM/band amp/word of mouth haha
@@BubVisuals oh man thank you for reminding me about bandcamp! I remember liking their Facebook page and seeing them post a bunch of their top lists for different genres of music, they’d have very specific lists too!
Same for RYM, bunch of ranked lists on there that helps a ton with music discovery.
I’m excited to jump back in now haha, I haven’t tried « hunting » for new music in a long while.
On an unrelated note, if you enjoy listening to music from around the world, definitely check out the website beehy.pe ! People from around the world writing about their favourite artists from their home countries; pretty sweet website / blog (?) to be honest, hope you pull some good music from there!
Apple Music doesn't have a filter for playlists. I mean, we can't order a playlist. Crossfade, Spotify Conect and the suggestions are the reasons why I rather Spotify over Apple Music. But I love the design of Apple Music, I have to wait for the switch.
nervous young man >>> literally my favourite album of all time :) (I also prefer the original BandCamp album cover for the album too ahahaha) been watching a lot of your videos old and new and really like the content you’ve put out !
I have been using Spotify since 09 -2020 switched to Apple Music and I definitely finding more unique discovery on Apple especially with the added radio feature
Where did you buy your case?? Please!!
I had both at one time. I really like apple music's interface and simplicity. Although I am a Playlist kind of gal so I kept my Spotify sub. 👉🏻👈🏻
Spotify is God Tier.
Apple Music is Legend Tier.
UA-cam Music - Pro Tier.
The rest - Basic Tier.
Great video. I have been purchasing albums in itunes for years, and the total expense
each year is certainly higher than just subscribing to Apple Music. Some days ago, i even found some albums I wanted are available in Apple music but not available for purchasing in iTunes. Now I am considering switching to subscription, finally…
This has actually been on my mind! Great video, a topic not addressed by many! 🔥🔥🔥
The thing I miss the most on Apple Music is the swap for queue songs and how they work on Spotify. Also I can’t believe that the warning of duplicated songs into a playlist just came a few months ago.
Agree, I Miss the Swap to que Feature also very much. Its because I switched to Android and this feature is only on spotify for iPhone 🙄
Swap for queue is coming in ios 14.5 in a few days!!
@@kkoalasursabrancheoh really, very nice for the Apple Music Users 👍
but still it isnt avaible on the Spotify Android App, thats annoying
@@kkoalasursabranche omg! finally :')
For the longest time, I've been a Spotify user, even up until now ngl. Last week I bought the new Beats Studio Buds that came with a 6 months free subscription. So rn, I am using Apple Music. It's not as user friendly as Spotify but I guess it'll grow on me. Let's see how this'll go in a few months but most likely I'm sticking with Spotify.
For people complaining about apple playlists, have you downloaded the latest version? I find that their playlists overall have improved. Also, try using the create station feature, it's a great way to find new music within a particular genre.
I used both on and off for the past 2 years and, while I prefer Apple Music's clean UI and the new Radio section, not only do I find Spotify's algorithm better, but the fact that you can play Spotify on a TV and or computer and manage what you're listening to from your phone (or toggle devices where you're listening from), is super comfortable. Apple Music can't do that. Otherwise, if AM were to implement this, I think I would switch to AM.
The only thing that pulls me away from Apple Music is that the song that I add to a playlist is positioned on the bottom . Cmon , I don't wanna scroll 1 minute so I can listen to my most listen recent songs I've added . In iTunes you can do that but on iPhone nope . Don't like it and I won't switch until they fix that . I want my most recent added songs to be position on the top of the playlist (like spotify) .
I switched from Spotify to Apple Music for a few weeks a couple months ago. I had just got my iPhone 11 and wanted to give the whole “Ecosystem” thing a try. The interface is really nice but I think the biggest struggle for me was that I had quite the playlist base in Spotify and having to start all over was too daunting for me , so I switched back. If there was some way to bring all my playlists from Spotify, I would probably use Apple Music.
SongShift will be your best friend! You can easily transfer everything over to Apple Music from Spotify!
Same here, but with amazon unlimited. My PS5 doesn’t support it, so I made the decision to go with spotify over apple (better algorithm). And kept my amazon unlimited for casual listening (best quality).
I mean yeah while both do the same shit it mainly comes down to how you listen . Playlists are cool to have and they aren’t bad 24/7 but however when I listen to music im mainly going for what album / artist I wanna listen to in particular. Plus I just like being able to throw my music on shuffle and Listen to anything and everything. Im not someone who needs a playlist for every activity in my day for a music listening experience
The philosophy is radically different. Apple Music is artists oriented, Spotify is user oriented. Open AM and Spotify side to side, search for one artist (for example Banks) and see what’s on display.
Spotify’s first is “Donation”, then “Popular”, then Popular again, then a bunch of playlists (more or less related), similar artists you might like.
AM highlights “Last release”, the top songs, the album collection, the videos, playlists related to, singles and ep, AM radio shows and interviews, then similar artists.
I hate that, with of all the illustrations you can have on an artist page on Spotify, the artists albums and songs are the tiniest. Playlists are double the size. I guess that’s proportional to how they pay artists.
I never liked the way spotify ‘liked songs’’ works , why not “”add’’ that song to my list or fav or just called music library
And what really bugged me is if i wanna listen to the 5 songs i liked from a particular artist and i wanna just listen to those songs i need to make a fking playlist
Completely agree. Spotify's library implementation is completely ass backwards. I add a song to my library on Apple Music then I can navigate to that song either clicking on Artists, Albums, or Songs. Simple. On Spotify, if I "like" a song it adds it to a liked songs playlist, it doesn't show in Albums or Artists. If I add an album to my library, it shows in my Albums section, not in Artists or Songs. The only thing to show up in Artists is followed Artists. The Search feature in Spotify doesn't care what you have in your library. The only form of searching you have for stuff in your library is the basic Filter features on Artists, Albums or Liked Songs playlist, whereas Apple Music you can either search in Apple Music or your Library.
Do you hear compression on the high frequencies like cymbals? I have a sensitive ear and compression bugs the CRAP out of me!
here is an update with the old apple music vs spotify discussion! If you wanted to add music to an apple watch, if you have one, the only choice was to go with apple music! Well to option has now changed for you can now add music from spotify now as well, which is a big game changer! Oh, and it works really well! You don’t even have to put your apple watch on a charger for the download process either! BOOM game chnager!
Still sticking with UA-cam Premium simply because I watch UA-cam videos much more than listening to music. Not having ads when watching YT and getting a really good music streaming service for one payment is hard to give up.
I would happily ditch Spotify and Apple Music and go UA-cam Music, but for me, UA-cam Music sucks and is really lagging behind Apple Music and Spotify. I hope Google takes it seriously and continues to improve and offers serious competition to Spotify.
Apple Music is pretty great if you have an Apple Watch cellular version. Can stream everything sans phone as opposed to a few selected albums you transfer via (very slow) Bluetooth.
Agree! I have the Apple Watch 5 cellular
@@warrengaskin3863 Really nice it you go for runs and don’t want to take the phone!
You know that you can also stream wuth spotify?
Apple Music. Simply because of the ui and it works well 3ith iCloud and my family with family sharing.
I was a premium user for both till I finally decided to switch permanently to Apple Music. I’ve been using Spotify for a really long time and it’s funny how I don’t miss it now. And never mind that I discovered new music/artists on Apple , but even songs that I can’t get on Spotify. So ya, I don’t regret switching to Apple Music.
Great review! I agree with you 100% on Spotify's superior playlist and Apple's lack of choices when it comes to price structure. I've also tried Pandora and Amazon's streaming services. They both offer less expensive options, but with limitations.
Apple music have Losless Audio quality and Dolby Atmos that means you listening to Flac 16bit, 44,1khz and That is absolutly diffrent between spotify, spotify have mp3 320kbps. So i switched to apple music and i Like it: :)
Used apple music for years. Switched to spotify recently and honestly spotify just has better discoverability. Idk if apple had the same ID go with them because I do like the look of apple music even here on Android it's good.
I like the Apple Music Service especially when u can add ur own music that’s not on iTunes 😎🙏
I am an apple fun but spotify is better when it comes to sugestions and even the sound is more bass on Spotify which I like. On my Homepad the same song sound better on Spotify, I even did a blind test and I love homepod + Spotify. I am wating for the full integration of spotify and homepod
What microphone do you use?
I use a Shure SM7B for stuff like this and a Rode VideoMic for on the go stuff
@@BubVisuals agh all my friends have sm7b’s!!! I have the snowball and an MV77
Spofity is best for me handsdown since apple music only highlights english music interms of recommendations for western users. As an indian i would like to all types of music. So the spotify recommendations are the best out there doesnt matter where you are from
Now that I have switched towards Apple Music, I am missing Last.FM integration which was prevalent in Spotify. That is my only concern. and BTW TOD > TF, don't fight me
the reason for apple music it's playlist is not accurate is because maybe you turn off some feature that allow to track your activity in the apple music but in the spotify app you can't turn this off or on because it is being used for you and the reason for apple music being turned off is because of privacy for me i like it being turned off than it is tracking me for what i do or listen to.
watching a Spotify ad before watching this, lol
"Lost Ones" by Powderr on Spotify and Apple Music
I love Apple Music but I find it hard to leave UA-cam music just because of how many songs it only has, plus you can’t sort your playlists by most recent
I just moved to Apple Music this week because my Spotify account kept getting hacked.. 3 times in the last year. I'm a playlist person and yes, Spotify is waay better at that but I'd take mediocre playlist management over a breach in security all day lol
Who hacks a spotify account and why??
@@ChristinaMagma right?? Apparently it happens a lot though...
I LOVE Foobar for all the features it has and I don't like streaming because the apps miss so many features! At least you can edit tags for Apple music with itunes, but the software still sucks. I will only pay for a streaming service if it gives me all the great features that offline players like Foobar or Playerpro on Android have!! Its not about the sound quality, I can't hear hires anyways. But I want features!
I just prefer Apple Music’s aesthetic in general over Spotify lol. I had UA-cam music when I switched from Google to Apple, but UA-cam music is trash in my opinion. Apple Music all the way
Tried Apple Music and it's not for me. I've been using UA-cam Music for a long time since Google music days. Although the app on Android is completely different from its ios counterpart I just prefer it.
"Apple Music is a music listening app that has streaming features" - this is a great way of describing Apple Music and is one of the main reasons I use Apple Music. iCloud Music Library and the library management in general are big pluses for me and while this is subjective, I prefer the Apple Music UI. I agree that the Spotify playlists are still better than Apple Music, not just the ones automatically generated for you, but also the curated playlists, there are just more selections. Also, the Windows app is still iTunes. I have a love hate relationship with iTunes. On the good side, it is way more powerful in user features like being able to edit song tags, smart playlists, customising columns, it can rip CDs, you can easily add local songs that get added to your iCloud Music Library, you can purchase songs from the iTunes Store and it will get automatically added to your library which will be available even if you cancel your subscription etc. But on the bad side, it is pretty clunky still. I have seen rumours that Apple is planning to release a new version of the Music app on Windows this year.
"I have seen rumours that Apple is planning to release a new version of the Music app on Windows this year."
They've been talking about it for a year and a half now. Honestly, I already think it's for to retain users, when in fact they are not working on any application.
Great! Just what I've been looking for. I love apple music too
Team SPOTIFY! all the way!!!
Even tho 🍎music is tempting me right now (10/5/21) with their promotion of 6 free month trial….nope. Can’t do it. Why u ask?
1. Im very much a playlist person.
2. But MORE IMPORTANTLY I LOVE how I can seamlessly listen to Spotify music on my IPhone then switch it to my Samsung TV then to my reg old school desktop then to my Nissan car! With no worries! AND control all of it with my 🍎 watch!! It’s amazing!
I would love to use spotify but sadly spotify isnt available in my country also apple music only costs 3$ per month.
Changed since mid 2018, never had a thought of going back to spotify.
The free version on Apple Music Is I-Tunes
You are the sweetest man. I love to hear how you talk. And your video is awesome. Good job. 😍😍😍
ive been using apple music for a year now and i dont regret it because it works so much better on apple watch. so while im using apple products i cant even think on switching back to spotify fr
even tho i do think spotify is better overall. apple ecosystem got me trapped lol
I’m using both :P
Has anyone encountered a problem while listening to Apple Music on Bluetooth that it gets interrupted with audio from another app you are using simultaneously i.e tiktok? You can hear what’s playing in tiktok on Bluetooth speakers instead of the song you’re listening to on Apple Music? It’s really annoying.
Is Apple Music Downloading offline free? Or do we have to pay like Spotify Premium
apple music
does not have a free plan
You *imply* that you don't regret using Apple Music over the years, but you don't give any explicit answers. Kind of frustrating considering the title you use. Wish you would be more clear at the end. Thanks for the smiles!
I downloaded apple music honestly for it's shorcut capabilities but no.... just no!
How are they going to make you go into a small three-pointed menu just for like a f..... song? seriously? and their play on albums vs. songs in your "songs" list just didn't vibe with me.... felt very very foreign. It's as if they're trying to do so much and in the meanwhile forget the small stuff like hey lemme like these songs easily which is like the biggest thing any music app has.... Spotify, Tidal, Sound Cloud, does apple not do this because they like being different? Got my three months subscription and canceled it within two hours of playing with the interface.
I jumped onto my phone from the tv just to say… 1) I love your hat
2) I too wanted to watch Endless
nice video bro and good taste (yung lean, american footbal, bones)
They are both the same I have both and there is no difference between them so just pick one
Yes, overall its very equal 😅 but I wouldnt say No differences, there are still some

Fair point, BUT Spotify literally left Android behind. Android users have been waitng for the new UI (which IOS users have) for more than a year, and nothing. I have an IOS and Android device too, and the Android Apple Music experience is okay, but Spotify is just terrible. It's slow, it's ugly and simple features are missing....
Its quite funny how they only care about IOS users lol.
Did you know about Mus Conv service?
I am using apple music on android so the music I bought on the iTunes store would sync.

Great video...honest and complete comparison.
My favorite streaming services is Apple music, but I still like Spotify and tidal
If you only use apple ecosystem then yes but other than that Spotify works with everything.
I’m waiting the Apple Music HiFi and have no intention to switch to Spotify.
It seems like Apple Music is similar to Deezer
No, i found Deezer More being Like Spotify
I use both but I use Apple Music more.
I regret it just 1 week after, lossless songs can’t be played offline
