Thank you, Nathan and Kris , nice to see both of your riding together always great to hear Kris laugh, especially when she drops her bike, what amazing ride you guys had and I’m glad Nathan was able to try a different beer. You never know what you get till you try it thank you. Looking forward to the next video.
So fun to watch. Did the south "half" of the loop after Touratech last June. Sometimes Kris and I park our bikes in a similar manner (6:56) Lovely video. Cheers!
That section between Brinnon and Mt Walker is one of my favorite areas to ride on the eastern side of the Olympics. You described the smell of the area perfectly, and it does feel like Endor! I love it. There are some good viewpoints off the beaten path, and you do have to do some bushwhacking or backtracking to get to some. I live so close and it just dawned on me that I rode over there 0 times this year. Another great video :)
Nice to see the Olympic Peninsula getting some attention! Liked and Subscribed. I live on the Key Peninsula and love riding my 2016 Spyder F3 around Washington State. I especially like moto-camping Eastern Washington; such as Lyons Ferry. Have fun and be safe.
Did that trip solo and had quite an adventure. Got a ticket for being on a closed route as they were herding mountain goats down from the top. That may have been your turnaround also mine wasn't labeled as well. Then limped into town to have a tire changed out. But the coast side (I went clockwise) and the inland side were awesome!
Kris here! Sometimes yes- always if I have to (I had to get really creative once, but it worked!), but having a buddy to help me lift sure saves energy!
Did this ride in 23 with a friend, what a blast. After forks gets a bit less epic, but picks back up around the Quinault area. Depending on when you go it's hard to get a camp site around the lake, but a really wicked camp ground a bit further in called Graves Creek. I did the ride on a DR350, that final stretch along the southern routes def a bear for my gas tank, luckily had a friend to siphon off of. How did the KTM 350 hold up for gas? Guess I might find out in a later part! The worst part of the ride for when we did it was the sheer number of amazing views, at some point you don't even stop for em! Comment edit: Seeing you guys stopped at Sequim for the night, I hope!!!! in part 2 you guys made it up to Deerpark Campground and Hurricane Ridge, think they might not officially be on the route, but worth a trip even if you gotta drive back up here.
Great to see someone else take their motorcycle up to Mt Walker
🏍⛰
Olympic National Park is a destination I would love to visit. Thanks for sharing your adventure

Great start to what is likely to be a great adventure.
There's sure to be more bike drops from your favorite shorty pants! 😉
The northside is my backyard. Lots of great trails up here.
Looks like a really fun ride, you guys!

Wow, sounds like an adventure! Thanks for sharing!
Great content. But if she goes down off-road can she lift the bike back up solo?

Heartbreaking that the ice cream shop was out of ice cream!
So sad! But the beer was decent!

Thanks for sharing! Gas was close on the 350 even with a 3.5 gallon tank! More to come in the rest of the videos so stay tuned! :)
