3:19 How did get that ponytail out of the hair part separate it?

Select your hair and try using Ctrl+X to select linked vertices in PMX Editor so you can then use the Vertex/Material tab and right-click, then press the Split button to have the ponytail separated.

I am not sure why that is the case, you could try re-downloading the plugin but I am not sure myself how that would happen: www.deviantart.com/eoscustom3d/art/English-Skirt-Plug-in-for-PmxEditor-472092169

also, to easily change material names i usually go to batch name editor and then copy all the english column and paste all onto the japanese column replacement and then it's done

I am aware of that technique already, each person's model(s) are different so it's up to the user how they want to name their model components depending on the user.

PMX Skirt plugin was used, personally I don't use PMX Editor for rigging, I use Blender to rig my models.

i have a problem with weight painting, when i "paint" sometimes it paints parts that i didnt even wanted to, it wasnt the spot i was with my cursor, and then i dont see that happening and when i finish my model keeps all Buggy And that is so frustrating, So i try to keep myself away from weight painting because i dont see anyone with the same problem as me and i dont have any idea what this is but it's not right

Usually, for weight painting, I recommend using Blender for that since Blender actually has proper controls for weight painting in certain areas. As for PMX Editor, it lacks some tools, but of course, it depends on the model you have and what you're weight painting. Make sure you have the model parts separated and if you wish, I can do a screen share call via Discord so that I can see your issue in real-time and explain the best method to help (My Discord is Kana Fuyuko#7158).
