- Schnebly Hill Road is often referred to as the "Adult Disneyland" and for good reason, if you have a four-wheel drive off road capable vehicle along with a camper of any kind you could easily spend a week here and not get bored - AND enjoy the cool mountain air in the Arizona Summer!

That view at the end of S Hll Rd is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen!
I-17! Know that Frey well!😊
I’ve been here! I summer in Flagstaff!love Shnebly!it was closed a long time.
To Tonto Natl Forest. No fires allowed! Too dry!
@@lindashepherd3968 it’s probably going to be that way until we start getting more rain up there 😕🌧️
Schnebly is considered part of the Mogollon Highlands. The White Mts are to the northeast along NM border NOT part of the Sedona area!
Hey that's my bus!!! It was great to meet you guys! Thanks for being awesome people! Hugs to Tammy! BTW your drone footage is amazing.
We have a 26' RV trailer. How far back away from the I-17 can we get before it starts getting rough? Just want to get away from the freeway noise if possible. Thanks for any input!
We have friends who like to camp at a spot that’s about 3.5 miles in from the freeway and it’s really quiet there. Some of them have tents, some have trailers and motor homes- There’s a spot on the road just before you get there that goes up a little hill at about 2.5 miles or so in on Schnebly rd. (Just west of Foxboro Ranch area) and it turns a little bumpy…I guess it depends on your tolerance level 😂 if you go slow and easy on the bumps you should be fine. There’s a really nice meadows area about 1.5 miles in that’s pretty quiet and still easy to get to. Hope that helps.
@@HolidayForTwo42 Thanks for the info. So it sounds like we can pull into anywhere up to about 2.5 miles from the highway without encountering too much of a rough road, is that correct? I would think that just a mile in would be far enough from the I-17 traffic noise, correct? Again, thanks for the info!
@@rapsux you’re welcome - have fun!
Great job using your own music.
Thank you!
Did your friends that were farther down say anything about the internet? we are hoping to go just before where you said the road starts to get rocky
Our friends went in about 3 miles farther - the signal there (at least for us) was sketchy - they had verizon and I heard it was similar for them. There are more camp spots farther in - but before the rocky part. Great area for ATV's! We had a blast there in our little 900!
