I’m starting a new job working from home coming off of mat leave. Thank you for this video! Making me feel a little better about leaving the office setting to working at home
This is a great video full of valuable information. I worked at home for 16 years and I definitely have flourished by do all of these things. I live in Texas and even in the heat, I still get outside to absorb vitamin D and play with my plants. This is a fantastic presentation.
Thank you so much! I appreciate the kind words, especially from something who is a veteran in the work from home space! I am two years in and still loving it.
Thankyouuu for this, haven't worked from home like ever, I used to be always on the move, so it was getting overwhelming for me, thankyou for your insights, this was muchh needed. Good luck ❤
Some great tips here. I like the water hack and letting the natural light and fresh air in is definitely something that wakes and lifts me up. Your salmon salad looks delish :)
Gotta find easy ways to get hydrated and motivated everyday. The salad is so easy and delish. I am not a huge fan of salmon, but I can have it grilled on a salad everyday. 🥗
I am thinking about finding a job where I can work from home, but nervous about it because it is like if I need help with something who will I contact and will that person answer. Also I am kind of an introvert anyways, so I think this will be good for me.
This is a very reasonable concern, but in my experience it is as easy as picking up the phone to ask for help. Working from home at a new place of employment can be challenging to get to know people and establish connections. Maybe start off by working hybrid where you are in the office a few times a week to get to know folks and then switch into working from home full-time?
Health snacks and moving around reminders are the favourites 👌💪 😊 we have a video on the best places to live when you have no fixed location! Keep smashing it 💥
Totally understandable that tap water may not be the best choice where you are. I live in Canada and we have some of the cleanest tap water in the world. 🤷🏽♀️
There are a number of people who feel like that. Which is why working hybrid is probably one of the best options. It balances the flexibility of working from home and the social aspect of working in person.
Working from home can be very isolating for some people. That’s why changing scenery and building in some social time is important for everyone’s well-being.
If it was a video on a number of jobs to work from home… it would have been titled “top 5/10/15 jobs to work from home!” Or “work from home jobs you need to apply for”… don’t know why you would think otherwise..
Whoever is watching this, you are hardworking, determined, and improving. GOOD LUCK!!!
Very encouraging words. Same to you! 👏
Thank you!
I am very happy to be working from home. It saves a lot of time goes to commute which is around 3 hours every day. WFH is much better than WFO.

How do you stay in shape? You look great!
I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. No problem at all. Hehe
Why are almonds my favorite work from home snack 😅😁
They are mine as well. It explains the extra 10 pounds I put on in the first year of working from home! 😅

Great tips but I don't drink tap water😬

Drinking water out of the bathroom faucet. 😟
Yes, I understand this may not work for everyone. But I live in Canada and we have some of the cleanest tap water in the world.
I work from home and I hate it. It's convenient but that's about it. I miss being around people. Working from home gets lonely and depressing.

How to work from home please tell me i am searching too much
If being alone in your own space sounds lonely and depressing and you'd rather be around strangers, it sounds like you need therapy.
. i think more people will go crazy because they work from home .

😫🤫
I don’t like it so much. I feel like you work more. I agree with taking breaks outside.
You definitely can end up working more if you don’t set boundaries. Try set a timer on your phone for breaks and to remind yourself to end your day.
