Wonderful restauration of the housing and the connection box. Nice that you also created your own fan! But the electrial connection can only be a bad joke. No strain relief for the power cable, no connection clamps,.... dangerous. If a connection panel in box is not possible, please use at least some wago 221 or similar clamps and shrink tubes.
