You tell me that im worth it.... you say that i am special... i believe you but why cant i feel it... why must I feel pressure pain and hurt when words are all people tell me? Where is the sympathy.. where is the feeling of someone telling me they care? Why cant i feel it if im told they care.. im told everything is ok, im told its all in my head, im told its just a faze, and told that its something people go through. I dont believe everyone deals with this.. this feeling.. this emotion.. this.... depression... i want to wake up and feel happy. Why is that easy for some people but hard for me. Why does it feel like a task to love myself??? I just want to feel accepted.
It's hard for everyone to wake up happy, perhaps write a small list of what you're proud of and what you've learned or accomplished, or what you progressed in and really think about it, accepting yourself takes one step at a time
