Wow! Amanda - you did an amazing job! 😃 I have all the tools to do this, just scared. I love center part wigs, but honestly I think they just look horrible on me. I have always had bangs - and maybe I am just not used to seeing me with a center part. All I can say is that you have totally revived your Upstage wig and she looks amazing! Thank you - enjoy your day! 🌸💮🌸
This is my first time watching one of your videos as I haven’t ever worn a wig out in public yet. As you say, I am a bang girl. The two wigs that I have purchased have either super long fringe bangs or no bangs so this was absolutely the best tutorial I could imagine. Also, as a sidenote, your eyes are so beautiful!! You should wear bangs more often as they really frame your face….thanks for an amazing tutorial. Wish me luck! 🤞🏻
Hi Amanda this is just what l needed. I bought a RW boudoir glam during the first Sell it on Sunday. It is a lovely model but l’always wear a fringe (bangs). Thank you for a super video. Sending love your way from the Alpes.
Hi! I’ve got my shears ready to go. I’m trying to figure out the safest option to place my wig on, so as to not burn myself or my stands. As of now I have foam heads, a glass head and some plastic, collapsible travel heads. Are any of these safe or should I be shopping for more of a fabric head like you’re using here? Thanks!
It's more about finding something that is stable enough that won't fall over. If you are referring to the plastic wig stands, those won't work well and will topple over easily. The foam head would be fine if they are attached to something to stay put. :) You just need something sturdy.
Great tip--I've cut some bangs into my first wig because of the fraying lace. You also mentioned that you are so over the glue stage...but how do you feel secure without adhesives??🙈 I find my wigs fit better and feel more natural when I use adhesives. Any tips?
Hi, thanks for all the great and informative videos! Would you be so kind as to put your measurements in the description area? I’d love to be able to (sort of) compare what I’m seeing. ❤️🍀
I just love you Amanda! I started to cut bangs into a wig and did cut a few really long ones but this video helps me see how to proceed and to blend the edges. I never thought about blending them. Thank you. You are a pleasure to watch and to learn from!
Would you tell us the brand name of your hot comb? I can only find them with thicker teeth and yours looked much thinner and easier to get hair into. Thanks
Great demonstration! I love bangs on my wigs and this was an easy to follow way to add them in. BTW, love this color on you!
☺️ thank you so much!
Great job and great explanations about why to cut bangs, especially with that lifting lace, etc.❤❤
Thank you! :) Lots of different reasons as to why we might want bangs!
Thank you! That was super helpful! Do you have a video on how to pluck the hairline to make it look more natural?
Super great tutorial. Great idea for lifting lace. Thank you.
Thank you! Glad you think so!
You’re very welcome! 🥰
I'm almost 60 and I'm having to wigs now. Thanks so much for this easy to follow directions😊

Looks fantastic like it better with fringe❤
@@gailbrowning4923 thank you! I think I do, too!!❤️
I prefer a blunt bang. Could you please do a version for that?
I don’t have any that I have cut in a blunt cut but I do have reviews of wigs with blunt cut bangs on this channel.
@@chiquelwigs thank you 😊

If you get the right size wig, you really don’t need glue. 😊

Aww! So glad this helps, Sallie!
If you twisted it first it would have created a gradual blend on the sides not such a blunt cut...just a tip⚘
Yes, thank you! :) I am aware of that method. This is just the way I prefer to do it. :)
Would you tell us the brand name of your hot comb? I can only find them with thicker teeth and yours looked much thinner and easier to get hair into. Thanks
