@@WaveOvenRecipes The ribs came out really good last night. It makes it way more simple to follow you.
Thanks. The meat probe will show a progression of temperatures, but if you hold the button, you can set it to auto cook to a temperature, then shut off.
Pretty familiar with how it works, but you have a newer model with some changes. I used it for some cooks. But keep in mind these are years old and this model has some differences.

You are my teacher to use my nuwave brio
Great vid, especially for those of us struggling with the Bravo XL programming. i know the machine will work well but I sometimes feel that I am unable to talk with it. Thx again.
Facts
This was awesome!! My hubby surprised me with this oven a couple of months ago and I love it!!! I've only deep fried once since having it!! I recommend using the grill setting for steaks!!! Omg!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
Thanks good stuff I got one last week and will try ribs tonight, too much snow to use my smoker. I think I will try the probe and see how it does.
That’s a big man or a small kitchen, great video and honest thanks
I like your style, dude! Keep making videos!
That looks really delicious....Thanks for posting.
You're welcome 👍🏿
@@WaveOvenRecipes Is the oven worth the 180 price tag?
I have answered in detail here:

@@WaveOvenRecipes Thanks for the info...
I never thought of putting mustard on the ribs before seasoning them then you spritz them with apple juice you learn something everyday.
Catspaw, I agree! I'm gonna try the mustard technique today! And instead of Apple Juice (because I'm out of it), I'm gonna use Lime Juice. Wish me luck .. lol
Thanks for the video, I thought instructions were whacky as well. I flipped out cause the first thing I attempted to cook did NOT tell me what to set my oven on and I assumed bake and you tube said roast. I was pissed cuz I thought that whole book didn't tell you what to put settings at pet foods. I got over whelmed cuz there are so many buttons and the actual book overwhelmed me. But you tube to the rescue and I find you for my second attempt. Thank you 🙏😊
I started watching your videos January 1st 2020 , same day I ordered my bravo,is coming Friday. I can’t wait to get creative myself and do my own timing to see what comes out. Thanks for the videos.i got four charcoal grills on the patio this is gonna be a winter thing.
Cool.
And if you ever do any other type of outdoor grilling, I've got a Channel for you.

Darnell Thank you... Looks yummy and I'm liking the end results; will definitely try your recipe.
You're welcome 👍🏿
Awesome video!
Excellent videos. Don’t have my oven yet so taking a lot of notes.
Las explicaciones de como manipular el horno bravo XL, FAVOR DARLO EN ESPAÑOL, GRACIAS.
English only. 🙂
Traducción de inglés a español, la explicación de cómo se hornea costillas de cerdo.
Need to zoom in show setting
The thing with the meat probe is actually fixed now.
If you press the meat pro button at any time it will show you the temperature. If you want to change the meat probe shut off setting you hold the meat pro button down for one second then change the temperature you want the oven to shut off.
Glad my input helped bring about changes 👍🏿
how is clean up of the oven yours looks pretty shiny still

Is your recipe for the rub heart healthy and diabetic friendly?
You should research the ingredients and nutrient values for your needs.
You should also further research why ribs may not be your best choice to begin with.

But doesn’t the fat gives it moisture & flavor? I didn’t know about sugar with pork & salt with beef. Great tip.
They tasted moist and good to me. That fat makes it harder to chew, and a more problematic eating experience.
Where did you get your probe

After only 6 weeks my new Bravo Nu Wave crapped out. I was toasting and it beeped all 8s appeared on the LCD screen and that was it. I can still use but many of the functions don’t work.

if you lower the temp and let it cook longer it will be much better
This was never intended to be a slow and low cook.
I am very familiar with slow and low, which I also demonstrate at times.
See: ua-cam.com/video/-jewEah5Fdk/v-deo.html
Read the manual. It clearly tells u how to use it. It also explains to you what you were doing wrong that you thought u needed your own probe.
My choice is not a matter of ignorance. I know all about its probe and completely read the manual. Look around my channel more.

Also, did you know the probe in the 2020 model is different from the one years ago? I did 🙂
There's more involved than you understand.
I am reading about this nu wave & that Foodi one. I haven’t purchased either yet. I want to be well informed before spending a lot of money. So any advise you can give me will be helpful. I apologize. Maybe not so much what I text as how I text it. Just from what I’ve read about the probe leads me to think I should get this nu wave. It seems to also have more room. I just want a great grilled steak that tastes like it was grilled on a Weber but that I can make and not freeze to death making them!

Rather than removing the membrane, can't we just make cuts all over the skin side with a sharp knife? wouldn't that allow flavors to seep in okay?
Trying your mustard for the first time! thanks
I recommend my method.
I tried the same time/temp as you did (along with my own favorite rub) and got very similar results. IMHO the 55 min at 375 gives just OK results. Flavor is good but for me the meat is not as tender and juicy as I would like. Gonna experiment and try "low and slow" next time. I like my ribs fall-off-the-bone tender. I'm thinking setting the rack 1 down from top and running just the bottom heating element at around 200 until I hit 160 internal temp. Then give it a coating of Sweet Baby Ray and hit it with the top element for 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Whatcha think?
I'd go further, like:

And
ua-cam.com/video/DNRM2JB-KE0/v-deo.html
I did a mass of pork in less than an hour.
There’s another guy on UA-cam that say this over smokes up the house. What do you think?
ua-cam.com/video/XZkQn6FbHrM/v-deo.html
And, I can even do bacon in it hot and fast with little smoke.
ua-cam.com/video/F0iBIVyZBoM/v-deo.html
Although I use a different cooker in that video I have tried and found it works for the NuWave Bravo too. It works for any toaster oven style of air fryer.
Is not a cooking class is an oven operating
UA-cam is a big place, I hope you find one that makes you happy.
Should skip how to season go to the point of oven operation
That's not what it's about here.
