Your cadence is very poetic. Definitely abstract. I get the sense boundaries are very important to you. I'm assuming someone said something that crossed the line and you're really upset. I really enjoy your uniqueness and authenticity. You're a rare gem! 💎

Thank You Chelsea. I LOVE YOU - and your husband too ☺ for being there for you. I think for many; we may receive 99 helpful comments out of 100, and we're coasting, then there it is. Along comes that 1, cutting comment and bang! Something within us, for a whole host of reasons, will find ourselves being challenged by it. It's just who we. Our humanness. But those comments are where your gold is. And, as I'm sure you are more than aware of, it's never personal. My goodness, you challenge me all the time Chelsea, as I virtually never comment so openly over the Internet. So there you go. ☺ It's never personal. Never. Simply opportunities to release our egoic structures. I also liked your response, to when others are appearing to out dance the collective in order to draw more attention to their own plight. I think that's only natural. So as you recognised, less is best, every time. Every time! I also deeply resonated with your one on one experiences as being a sacred exchange. As! Sacred they are Chelsea. Sacred they are. ❤ As too, are All human experiences, a wonderful revelation that comes from an ever expanding sense of awareness; and as I have already mentioned, never making it personal, and that goes for what's perceived as positive comments too. How about that! I hope that's not so too far out Chelsea.
My goodness. Your profoundly calming, Healing influence on this often volatile planet, is exactly what We are in need of. ❤ Even when you are on your crazy door cricket hunt. ☺
Hope I've not whittered on too much for you or anyone else.
Bye for now Chelsea. Bye for now.
And thank You for your Courage and Kindness - Thank You
    ❤❤❤

The level of intimacy emanating from you in your video's is beyond words, speaks more than words.
The same goes for those who dish out intently harmful comments, where they are coming from speaks even louder than their words.
In a sense it is a cry for help, though they themselves will be last to admit that.
Thank you for having made yourself vulnerable to me, to us viewers in spite of possible harmful comments.
    That's kinda badass. :)

I love the way you speak so slowly, almost searching for words, or wait for them to come to you. That in itself is very healing because it is very present. Thankyou!

    There's an old zen saying:
Before awakening -- there are douche-bags.
After awakening -- there are douche-bags.
Just another opportunity to send unconditional love towards them as we push the delete.

❤ awakening promises that you can never return to the cave and have the same perspective. The hero’s journey will always include persecution of the expansion and inability to return to the limited existence that was left behind.
Hurtful comments exhibit that you are beyond the scope of the limited experience of the person who made the hurtful comments.
Funny how the awakening has a painful aspect, sometimes lonely and somewhat of an uncomfortable isolating experience. At least in the beginning.
In my 60 years of retrospect I find that some of the experiences when I felt hurt, strangely has not changed in its intensity. The hurt remains as fresh as when it first happened. Perhaps there is a necessity to this component of the process.
    Namaste 🙏

Boundaries are healthy in this relative, embodied world. Thank you for sharing your experience with this! I’ve come to understand that when anger arises here, it’s usually a boundary issue I must attend to. It’s been difficult to embrace as a former people pleaser, but feels so liberating after the fact. There’s no going back now. ❤🙏🏻🌈

Great topic and rarely spoken about. One can feel pressured to be 'authentic' or open in a group setting, but not really feeling right within themselves. From what I know about the IFS model, a person can "be fearless in a way they want to be, but then get a backlash from a manager persona." I love the IFS model, as it can offer a way to talk about a split and fragmented consciousness which is part of the human experience.

Thanks for putting yourself out there, it’s quite clear from the comments that many receive a kind of calm inspiration as much from your delivery as the content. There’s a weird, (typically) masculine, negative energy that’s so threatened, one wonders what’s the root cause? Grievance and isolation?

I never understood Franz Kafka's 'Metamorphosis', where Gregor Samsa, the main character awakens to find he is an enormous insect. Only recently I realized: Kafka had TB. His character in the story was transformed by his illness, separated from himself, from his own identity...by sickness. Sickness can do that. Can make each of us into what we were not before. Kafka saw this. He lived it. His genius depicted this. All of this to say: I think I understand a little, and to recommend Kafka's work to you. He may have some helpful insights to offer you. Peace,

Hello! I've enjoyed your authentic videos for several months. This is the first time that I've heard that you state that you're a practitioner. I am a LCSW in upstate NY that has finally reclaimed my spacious identity. :) (aided by a lot of meditation, therapy and self-inquiry) I am interested in discussing this topic with other therapists. Not sure where to start withing this conversation, but would be interested in discussing this further, in terms of creating a group of some sort. You are raising real issues. May you continue to shine forward with intentional presence. Be well, wishing you peace.

This is just an ego who thinks it can lose or gain something by just sharing its story. Just experience pain or pleasure and then move on. Just be careful what you share with others. We are all flawed and can make mistakes. We and others hurt and get hurt. Boundaries is a concept from Psychology to mix it with spiritual concepts will only result in confusion and frustration. My teacher Ramesh Balsekar was always clear about his concepts. Comments are just comments and you will just react from your programming which can be investigated. How could anyone dislike this beautiful person.... but they will. Jesus of Nazareth was stripped, whipped, a crown of horns put on his head and nailed to a cross. So what chance do we have ?

Hmmm, sometimes I wonder if video diaries should just be filmed, not published and reaccessed by maker.Or if they need to be "published"/ 'released to world' maybe anonymously/"privately" would be best?
