Yeah! The version I'm playing on allows you to change the language, and switching it to italian means that there's lest text that you need to read through the course of the run compared to other languages so it's overall faster (even by just a few seconds)

Unless the GSA Speedrun account or the hosts of the run uploaded the run, I don;t believe there is a way to watch it unfortunately
