Great! glad you like it! Here's another way to make snow pea that's quick and easy, And in my opinion, taste way better then stir-fry, check it out! ua-cam.com/video/xS9V1vlNtDo/v-deo.html
Of course!!!! You’ll gotta marinade them and add it in the beginning or scoop out the cooked snowpea before cooking the meat and add them back in at the end. Lmk how it goes!!!
Thanks for sharing this simple yet delectable recipe.👍 Should I add brocolli or other greens to enhance flavour/texture or would that overpower the dish?
You can add carrot, mushroom, red bell pepper, bamboo, i’ve seen ppl add sausage, lotus, shrimp! Be creative! And broccoli will work, but since you’re adding another Ingredient, might as well let the color pop a little right? @ me on instagram show me what you make! @ericayeahrecipe
@@ericayeahtw thanks for the swift reply and other suggestions. I opted to add brocolli only to maintain the green appearance and crunchy texture consistency, and was satified with the outcome.👌 Forgot the onions for additional flavour enhancement. No colour enhancements maybe some other time when I am keen to experiment. I have seen other video posts using wood ear mushrooms and carrots but too much dicing.
Really? I’m so glad!!! I’m making a new snow pea recipe this week and will be out soon” in two weeks i believe“ Definitely check that out too~ i vet you’ll love it
you can def add a little splash for extra umami~ this is just the most simple way to cook snow peas, and you're welcome to add mushroom, MSG, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil etc, they will all result in a slightly different flavor.
I love that you’re teaching us a new language and cooking techniques thank you very much.
Aww, thanks for noticing that! I'm trying to give more on my channel than just recipe:)
