I'm amazed that this is prpbably the most detailed and beautiful fighting game I've ever seen, and I haven't heard of it until 10 min ago. The characterization that simple and subtle details give to the character is incredible

the hole in her back is probably a result of her being dead when the skull heart is dormant, so she starts rotting. also, yeah ms fortune’s interactions with squiggly are very friendly for some reason, which is damn adorable
Looking at the animation now, I think Squig's airthrow would look better with a second hit/ hitstop. I think Mike originally wanted it to look more threatening but floorbounces were too ridiculous.
For an undead "minion" (and I say that VERY lightly) of Marie, she's freaking adorable. Her stances remind me a lot of Kasen from Touhou 14.5- Urban Legend in Limbo.
