@@OBDPVCR The movie isn't that complicated. Most people knew what different scenes meant, but many didn't like its execution, which explains the polarised reception of the movie.
@@cookiemonsteryummyyumz Most Americans didn't like the reflection of the state of society that Zack Snyder showed them. It absolutely is 1000% what would go down if these characters existed in the modern era. Anyways, I was floored by it. I've never seen an opera, but it hit way harder than just a film -to me. I also remember leaving the theater and seeing another dude go to his friends "Wtf was that???". Jajaja so it's definitely polarising -which is what all great art does. This was the road that Warner's went down when they struck gold with Chris Nolan (after they RUINED the Batman franchise with Joel Schumacher), and Nolan handpicked Snyder to continue the "Superhero Films as Cinema/Art" route.
