My cat almost died after vaccine. I hate that it firced in animals as well as humans 😢

We have an elderly indoor (only) female cat, she got vaccinated two one ago, and now shows signs of reaction, fever, off food ok now , day two, now her ears are very red outside and inside of the lobe what to do, gave her a antihistamine 10mg but still no change - what to do ears still very RED ?
