Although a domain's sure-hit attacks aren't always lethal, like Hakari's domain where he forces information onto you (not infinite like Gojo). The sure-hit techniques of a domain quite literally just appear in an instant, which nullifies any speed difference (in the verse anyway), not even Gojo's "infinity" can stop it. The only ways to counter sure-hit techniques are anti-domain techniques like Simple Domain (New Shadow Style) and Hollow Wicker Basket. Falling Blossom Emotion, although it lets you counterattack and move, is an improper way since it uses cursed energy at the exact moment the guaranteed hit lands. It can't be used to counter a technique, only an attack. The best way to counter a Domain would be to expand your own Domain. Now that I'm looking at this, this is way too long XD
