Yesterday, I got the chance to watch the movie "One Love." I was struck by how Prophet Gad was absent from the narrative, even though his influence on Bob Marley was profound. Perhaps Ziggy, the producer, did not want to present his father as advocating for a particular stream of Rastafarian thought and practice (or mansion) over others?
